I've been on the board for a few months and it's the best thing going. To see so many young men go out and earn what they want has been inspiring. To some I have a great life. Some change in the bank, grad school, coaching kids, 4 fuck buddies I can call anytime I want. There's nothing to complain about, yet I know I'm not where I should be, that elite level. I should have an elite basketball academy, I should have 4 hot fuck buddies, I should volunteer more time to people and causes I love. I'm going to use this space as an accountability/field report log and I want everyone to keep me on the path. I'll update this log with workout and diet information, approaches, lays, school info, and business updates. Hopefully I can inspire you gentleman like hollow, hulk, and the other elite guys here.

Workout log: 6/24/15
First day of going back to an intense lifting program. Yates rows: 5x225 Pull ups/chin ups 4x5 Push ups: 4x25 Ball crunches: 4x25 The battery on my scale is dead so I haven't had a chance to check my weight. I'd like to be 245 at 6-8% body fat. That was my playing weight in my 20's. I'm probably 235 at 13% currently. |

No workout today but I played well in my game considering I'm 10-15 years older than the guys ok playing against. In a week or two I should be the best big man once I get my wind and timing back. Not for an old guy. Tonight I need to go out alone and holler at some broads.

Workout log 6/29/15
DB Bench 5x5 90lbs BB Push press 5x5 115 150 jumpers and free throws 4 minute tabata. 8.5mph 4.0 incline My summer league team sucks and it's hard to not be good enough to carry subpar players like I did when I was younger. I could have 30pt/20reb games at will. I just can't play all out for 30 minutes anymore. The goal tonight is 5 Orebs and 20 pts. Still need to hit the town hard. I was done Saturday night and Sunday I had an fb come by after my game. Gotta do better. |

Took the weekend off to be rested for ,y game on Monday and I played my best game yet. 16pts (should've been 20 but I missed some free throws) 7 offensive rebounds alone. Not sure how many rebounds overall. Hopefully I can play well this weekend when I have to play 3 games in 3 days. Also went to pound town with 3/4 fb's.

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
