First off here are my stats.
Age, 24 Height, 5 ' 6 Weight 155 lbs Experience with girls- ZERO, still kissless, made my intentions clear with 1-2 girls in my life. So basically I didnt take advantage of minor female interest in high school. University I wasted the potential my social life could have had by basically going to school and going home/gym. Have been working out for a looong time and I went from 125 lbs to 150+ within 1- 2 years. After that Ive never crossed 160 lbs. Im getting my blood test soon to see if my hormones are responsible for always feeling tired, low energy and having brain fog and such. Now in the real world, I have accepted that being a short minority Im at a big disadvantage. With shoes I can gain an inch and Ill get some insoles soon to gain another 1-2 inches. Also been having receding hairline which doesnt help at all. The front facing pictures are recent, with the sun shining on my face and I think I look pretty good haha. Now from the side profile however, is where my big ass forehead comes into view. The buzzcut picture is 3-4 years old but just wanted to know if you think I have the skull shape to go bald, if I need to. I can post a recent side profile picture if you guys want. Im going to get forehead reduction/ hairline surgery in the future. Give me honest feedback and dont hold anything back. Age: 26

good job with the progress at the gym. Have you or are you planning to use tinder/pof? it's basically always the best first step to getting any sort of experience. Pictures will completely determine your results, so make sure to do everything you can to get the best one. which other pics do you have, or any other ones with friends? that first attached is a good start |

Ive made a fake FB to logon to Tinder and did it for 3 days swiping every single girl as a YES, and only got 1 match so I deleted the app lol. Maybe I should check back in. However, I dont fit the profile of a tall, white dude so I can understand why I only had 1 Tinder match. Ill try POF. Ive attached the pics I use for my profile. The 2 pics that look "professional" I was just having fun with when I "modeled" for them. Oher things Ive tried doing for self improvement: 1) Micro dosing LSD = which helps with social anxiety but not enough to game girls lol 1b) Phenibut and Kratom 2) Doing new activities to meet people ( sports, volunteering). Also after my blood test comes back, Im going to consider taking TRT or doing a cycle. Age: 26

I think I look worse with any facial hair after 2 days NoShave. Pic below has facial hair of about 2-3 weeks. Maybe if I had the patience to grow for like 2 months it might look better, but each day of those 2 months I would have lower confidence than if I had 5 o clock stubble.
Regarding edgy haircut its hard to get it to work with receding hair but Ill keep looking. Ive been cutting my own hair for past 6 months cause going to a barber, they always cut too high on the sides which makes my massive forehead more visible ( from the sides). Age: 26

Facial hair looks great on you! it makes you a lot more masculine and edgy, BTW, that photo is absolutely great, it's dark though... but your style with the hat and shirt is spot on.

When you make a fake FB make sure to "like" a lot of activities like: theater, electronic music, etc... the kind of things girls like! That way you have more chances to get matched. And DON'T swipe EVERY girl for yes! tinder detects that you are spamming and doesn't give you good or quality matches... you will have to swipe consciously. Don't worry, it only takes 1-2 minutes MAX to use all your swipes. You don't have to enter into the profile of every girl, just look at their main photo and decide if you like or not. Also 3 days is not enough... you will have to experiment for at least 6 months!! so be patient! Forget that shit about being the "tall, perfect white guy", that's bullshit. Just look your best, take great photos, experiment and be patient. Good luck |

i got my blood results in. Total Testosterone is around 650 ng/dL and free Test was 1.75% ( which is a little on the low side according to a certain expert). so I cant do TRT as that number is decent.
However should I do a light cycle of approximately 250-350 mg of testosterone/ week. Like mentioned in my 1st post, Ive been working out for 6 years and other than the beginner gains that occurred in Year 1-2, I have stayed the same after that. Since I am small boned those ~30 lbs I gained make me look like an average person who doesnt even lift lol. Anyways I want to do something drastic and Ive been looking at TRT for a while, but since that is off the table, I might just do a cycle. Thoughts? Age: 26

That's strange, you a have a BMI of 25 which is very good. Could you please post a picture of your body so we can see your "small boned" structure? Maybe you are underestimating yourself (happens all the time)
Anyways, I managed to gain 20 lbs in just 4 months and recently found that the only way to keep gaining weight is to focusing all of my energy on lifting as heavy as a I can (increasing the load every sesssion) and increasing my calories. That way I'm still gaining weight, I calculate that I will have at least 28 lbs in the end of the month in only 9 months of gym. My point is, have you tried increasing your calories and at the same time the workload? I found it's a matter of mentality, if you say: "I'm going to gain 20 lbs in the next 3 months and nothing is going to stop me", and then you lift heavy and eat a lot... is impossible not to gain weight. ALSO, testosterone doesn't mean a lot... I have like +980 ng total testosterone, and very above average on everything test related (you can see my studies somewhere on this forum) but I don't feel or see its benefits... sometimes it's your head or subconscious baggage that's dragging you down. |

Holy shit, last night this cute girl made it blatantly obvious she was into me ( but it took me a while to realize), so got her number.
