Just to encourage guys to be as tall as possible, while i see some guys aren't convinced that it makes a dent in the superficial universe of the women mind.
There're two type of shoes that are very popular in asia, and many other countries as well, but to speak in experience and contribute I'll specify asia I'm talking about the well-offs too, not the broke countries 1. Jordan Airforces Yes, you know, the classic air force Nikes. They are Golden. Wear them with pride and for day time leisure time. Probably the best shoes for height + comfort. Lots of men in Asia wear them to get taller without getting shoe lifts. 2. Air Max Another popular option, air max is the new height increasing shoe that's been popular since years ago. Avoiding the business attire look this is probably another bang for the buck 3. For business purposes - Get Shoes with higher heels. They are OKAY They are a thing for the trend now. Most shoes if you ask specifically in the store for height increasing components now, they have it. It's funny too because I went in asking for normal shoes and they recommend new trends for me, which is exactly height increasing shoes. They were actually IN TREND 3-4 years ago. Not sure about now. A hidden social norm right now is also that classic business attire is A-OKAY for having higher of a heel. No one's gonna talk smack about you, since they know you are short anyways. It's actually trendy. 4. Boots Want a pair of boots not too common like Timbaland or those you see around? get red wing. They are trendy as fuck but rare in North America becuase they are more popular in Asia than any other countries (made famous and popular by some Japanese magazine years ago). They are of quailty though, don't get me wrong. My friend owns several pair of them and I'm preparing to buy one soon as I get some money. Beckham approves. 5. If you're not comfortable with shoe lifts, the above options WILL give you relatively unnoticeable height gain while giving you a perspective on how it FEELS. Trust, give it a shot.

I will decrease the height then. Thanks! I am 5'8" as well. The lifts I have start at 3cm and go up to 6 cm. I am saving up some money to buy dress shoes (I have a business-like style) with a higher heel. I don't know where to find them though...I suppose dress boots will work for now. Sculpt an awesome body (140 now, looking to be at least 150 to 160) Get Hung-er (I doubt that is a word but whatever) ✓ |

Sam, you said elevator shoes were shit! I'm kind of sad I discovered your post and the Amazon insoles (which are very cheap), after I did a massive shopping spree for Elevator shoes on Black Friday (although the models are quite good I believe and the average price per pair, with shipping and import duties to Europe included, was around 50 to 60 euros - cheaper still than a regular shoe bought at a european store). I bought dressing shoes, desert boots, normal boots, and sneakers from this company. I'm 5'7 (169cms) and these all make me anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 inches taller.
Here are some of the shoes I bought: What do you think? www.tallmenshoes.com/elevator-shoes-k107163.html www.tallmenshoes.com/elevator-shoes-k107163.html www.tallmenshoes.com/elevator-shoes-k712889.html www.tallmenshoes.com/elevator-shoes-k257101.html www.tallmenshoes.com/elevator-shoes-g99142.html www.tallmenshoes.com/elevator-shoes-g9722.html www.tallmenshoes.com/elevator-shoes-k323041.html do you think it's really obvious and big with these models? or were they good buys? Any suggestions? Also, i already find it hard to be comfortable with more than 3 inches. Do you think it's a good idea to add insoles to these elevator shoes that already have soles included? I find, that since I'm so short, even with elevator shoes, height is not an advantage. I just get to be "not so short" with regard to other guys. Girls in clubs and elsewhere ignore me largely and I'm smaller or the same size as most guys. But adding more than 3 inches would really sacrifice my comfort too much and I don,t think it's worth it. I tell myself that if I could fuck over 50 girls being 169cm, I can fuck 50 more others with only 2 or 3 inches more and that's it. thoughts on this? |

Height's interesting, I never thought much of importance of being tall until now. At around 5'10-6' seems to be ideal for women and don't think any chick will disqualify you for being short. I really think anything over 6' you start to get diminishing returns with height unless you are like over 6'5.
With regular shoes I am at about 6'2.5 but recently I been really tempted to bump my height up to 6'4 but not for getting chicks. It's more for being taller than other guys and give the appearance of being more dominant/superior which height gives you. Makes sense because even in nature the leader/alpha male is usually the bigger/taller one. In turn that gives you more confidence and the confidence makes you more attractive. Anyone else feel that way? |

I'm getting some 1.7' insoles soon, what should I do to not get knee strain? Wear them every other day? Because on campus I might be walking around a lot.
Yeah, I'm 5'11 but (especially that I'm keeping my posture on point due to 30 days of discipline) when I straighten my back, I don't really feel that dominant. It helps, but since my uni has a lot of muslim/brown (no offense intended, didn't know how to classify otherwise) guys which are really tall for some reason, makes me feel short. Even when talking to my friend who's 6'2 it feels weird to look up to someone. Hoping that the 1'7 insoles will fix that. |

@Sam
I am walking around with the 3cm insole now; I feel way more confident now at 177cm-178cm (not much but it's progress). No one has noticed either. Thanks for the tip! I order a high-top sneaker for casual outings. I am still looking for a nice dress shoe compatible with the insole. Not many are, unfortunately. Goals 2014-2015 (follow me on my journey)

What are some good boots to buy? That work with insoles as well.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
