Yeah if you're talking about posture, yoga and a teeter inversion table have been shown to give up to 2 inches when consistent. I know a girl who gained 1.5 inches off 5x a week yoga alone. I have an inversion table, but in reality i'm not consistent enough to notice a height difference (need every morning every night 15 mins). It's not particularly stretching your body out like an accordion, but instead minimizing the compression your spine has from sitting with gravity. It's hard enough for me to get in the gym especially with covid so yoga and bat hangs get the backburner cause they are less fun PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread
