I WILL take the insoles plunge sometimes soon.
However, can you dance/fight while wearing this? I'm a bouncer and I do a bit of both every saturday night ![]() I just dont want to reduce my mobility. Also, do you need boots to wear lifts? Are sneakers fine? "But what does the eternity of damnation matter to one who has found in a second the Infinity of enjoyment?" Charles Baudelaire

Do it. It's great. My mobility seems fine. I dance (horrible) with them in all the time and don't notice a difference. Most sneakers are fine. However, they will not fit in sneakers that are "low." So only mid (most sneakers) and high-tops. "If you’re a Kanye West fan, you’re not a fan of me, you’re a fan of yourself. You will believe in yourself. I’m just the espresso. I’m just a shot in the morning to get you going, to make you believe you can overcome the situation that you’re dealing with all the time."

I just bought these
shoe lifts with any decent shoes I Should get 4+ inches increase, but as they say in the review in order to wear the full 4 layers you have to wear at least one size larger than your original size to make them fit in I'm 5'6 so I will be 5'10 with the lift, will girls at nightclubs still see me as short? |

It's worth noting that walking in heels all the time (male or female) will fuck up your knees, as it puts a lot of force on the front of your knee. If you don't have any problems with your knees you'll probably be fine, but anyone with past knee injuries should limit use. My knees starts to ache if I wear them for too long.

I thought about those even if I'm 6'2''(who doesn't want to be 6'5'' with shoes+lifts lol?) but the side effects are not worth it at least for me and I never feel short so risking lower back pain and knee pain just doesn't make sense.

I too am 6'2" and wear lifts/elevators all the time. Have done since I was 18. Firstly, elevator boots and shoes have come on a helluva lot in that time. And secondly, my experience is that you should always buy boots a size or even two sizes larger to get the max out of lifts. I recently bought a pair of the best boots I have ever had - they have a 5" elevator and are quite current with jeans as they have a Doc Marten/ranger feel to them. Of course they do not actually give you 5", but add probably just under 4". But I like to be that kinda height - 6'5" to 6'6" - and when you work out as well you really get the attention. I'm with you Bobby, the taller the better even when you are already above average. |

Hey guys, I'm pretty much feeling your mantra Sam and GLL has helped me confirm what I always knew was true about appearance, especially height.
I'm 5'8" and I feel on the short side, but I've done well considering my Dad is 5'5" and Mum is 5'2", can't be sure on those numbers might be even shorter! I've not took the plunge yet mainly due to money (too many investments lately), but I'm looking at www.jagoshoes.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=35_76 which are height shoes specifically made, and apparently high quality and much more comfortable than lifts in any old shoe. I'm really digging the styles too and they look like a quality shoe regardless of the insole. I just wondered a few things from your experiences:
I'm just curious about how they fit into your lifestyle. |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
