You can go from being perceived as "short" to being perceived as TALL/Bigger
You don't have to buy expensive special "shoes"... I got some legit lifts for 25$, and some good boots for 90$... What I'm using Try getting used to it, and start at a lower increase, and build ur way up You can easily walk around with 2.8" all the time after a while without feelin a thing. GREAT 3.53" insoles (adjustable) 1.2" (3cm) --> 2" (5cm) ---> 2.8" (7cm) --->3.53" (9cm) US link www.amazon.com/Fuloon-Height-Increase-Ta...eight+insoles+fuloon Europe Link www.amazon.co.uk/Fuloon-Cushion-Increase...ords=insoles++height A good place to buy fashionable boots for cheap US link us.asos.com/Men-Shoes-Boots-Sneakers/t69...=0&pgeSize=36&sort=1 Europe Link www.asos.com/men/shoes-boots-trainers/ca...=0&pgeSize=36&sort=1 ELEVATOR SHOES I read alot of good stuff about www.donsfootwear.com , and the styles lookk good havnt purchased yet.. anyway, if anyone tries it before me... make a review 5'8" (173cm) to 6'0" (182cm) Example of what you can do, and how to apply it This will make a significant difference if you are 5'5"-5'11" (165-180cm), not so much if you are like 5'11-6'5 (180-200cm) Buy some boots or other high-top shoe 1 size larger than you normally wear. So if you use a US 8 / EU 42, then get a US 9 / EU 43 size, so there is space for the insole. It'll work out like this, giving you nearly 5" maximum (Dates and night life) - but I advice just going for 4" increase as a standard if you have used insoles for a while - if not just start at a lower increase, until it becomes comfortable. Also it's easier to get in and out if there is a zipper on the side. The good thing is that it's a normal shoe, so it wont be obvious Same principal with this Timbaland Good example: On the other hand, there are some companies that produce "special-made" elevator shoes that looks like this Which looks like shit, and where it's obvious for outsiders what you're doing. They're EXTREMELY large too. 5.5 inches |

Sam,
great post. As 175 cm person i always felt too small. What insoles do you use and how much height did you gain? Does wearing such insoles give you pain after awhile? Regards |

I am 6 ft but still feel a little short. Since I was a kid I always thought I'd made it into the 6'2 or beyond.
![]() eDIT: Found the link! Here it is, guys. http://www.tallerheels.com/half-air-insole-increase-height.html eDIT2: Just ordered a pair, let's see how it goes. No more being towered by chicks wearing high heels! Hah! Let me give you broken pieces... How they glow!

In the same boat. Currently wear insoles, and I'm 6"1-6"2ish. Much better. ![]() |

seriously despite that I'm 6'1 I'm still gonna get insoles to max height out and know what it feels like to be 6'3!

I'm using the ones Visceral linked to... They are pretty good..
You can split them in two parts - if you use the 1st part only, you can literally walk around all the time with it without feeling anything.. you can even run with them... and be 2.6" inches taller.. I've done this for many months I'm currently walking around in these + the lifts http://us.asos.com/ASOS-Workboot-in-Leather/10tmsl/?iid=2951770&cid=5774&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=-1&sort=3&clr=Black&xr=1&mk=na&r=3&mporgp=L1Byb2Qv There are alot of different cheap models here imo.... check it out http://www.asos.com/Men/Shoes-Boots-Trainers/Boots/Cat/pgecategory.aspx?cid=5774#parentID=-1&pge=0&pgeSize=-1&sort=3 |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
