I've been reading up on taking cold showers with no soap and no shampoo and have decided to try it. Funny thing is I also came across one of Boytoys videos and he actually preaches the same thing. I'm only three days in, but no stink yet. Although I hear it takes a couples weeks for the body to get use to no shampoo or soap, so I may get a little greasy because of my body usually having to over compensate for the shampoo and soap taking away all of the oils on my body.
Hardest thing right now are the cold showers...lol. I feel like I'm having a mini heart attack when I go into the showers with cold water.
i've done the no soap and no shampoo thing since April or so but not with the cold shower... it's legit, took my body like two weeks to adjust but it's been smooth sailing since then
IMO if you keep your hair on the longer side, make sure you really wash down your SCALP, not just your HAIR, so there's no dirt or oil buildup afterwards... really get your fingers in there, if your hair feels dry you're not doing it right... i learned this the hard way lol

Yeah I have to use soap and shampoo. But I have switched everything I put on my body to all organic. Also my lady has done a ton of research so she narrowed it down to the best stuff I can use on my skin and hair.
I'd save a ton of money if I didn't use soap and shampoo. and also I love cold showers. Just they don't work well when doing the bathmate cold water+ bathmate = shitty session.
I've been doing the cold showers since I read it off boldanddetermined.com about a month ago. Best thing in the world in my opinion. I like the whole mindset behind cold showers also.
Just started the no soap/no shampoo recently from reading it off Boy Toy's site, and man have I cut down on shower time! So far so good, no stink or nothing, even though my hair's somewhat long on the top.
Re: No Soap, No Shampoo. Cold showers.

Bro I recommend this. I learned about it from watching a video by Boy Toy. I obliviously did a lot of research including talking to my doctor. Today is day 4 of no soap/no shampoo and it is awesome. In the shower I do decreasing temp so that the beginning of my shower is mostly hot water and the end is mostly cold. Don't worry about smell. It doesn't exist. I had sex with 2 different girls and neither said I stunk.
It's going pretty well. This morning I had some pretty bad dandruff, and yes I scrub my head really good.
I notice no negative effects really. My face looks like same (no new acne) and I don't smell. I think I'm getting used to the cold showers also! They really aren't that bad, I just tell myself it's warm water. It's all in your mind.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
