What is your current skin regimen?
Biore, oil cleansing, vacuums, and manual extraction loops empty them, but they end up filling back up in a couple days. Reducing pore size, oil production and sebum is the true longterm fix of the CAUSE Post a pic if you want real targeted advice. Alot of people who think they do don't even have blackheads and just have enlarged pores. General regimen: PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

^how many grams of leafy greens do you eat a day?
I'm sure something is better than nothing but I'm wondering if I'm eating enough or should eat more. 2020 Goals: A] 0/2 work projects completed; B] 8.4/9.0 photofeeler attractiveness; C] 200/180 lbs squat, 185/180 lbs bench, 300/200 lbs deadlift.

As much as possible. Fresh kale, spinach, broccoli, broccoli sprout are best but realistically us guys are too lazy to rinse, saute or prepare them often so I've found genesis and perfect food to be good supplements, not replacements. These have alot other good stuff like probiotics adaptogen mushrooms, maca root amzn.to/39P9IPl amzn.to/3hV3j87 PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

^Yeah I've been using different greens formulas for years. But keep in mind you're typically missing out on fiber when using supplements. My roommate actually uses a fiber supplement but that's still only soluble fiber.
I'm currently eating on the daily (I buy pre-rinsed and just microwave; I do bake the kale /greens though): 42g Kale / Mustard Greens / Turnip Greens 21g Spinach 85g Broccoli 85g Green Beans 85g Cauliflower (+85g carrots and 2 bananas although those aren't greens). For reference, what are you eating? (And still interested on rapitup, other dude's takes.) 2020 Goals: A] 0/2 work projects completed; B] 8.4/9.0 photofeeler attractiveness; C] 200/180 lbs squat, 185/180 lbs bench, 300/200 lbs deadlift.

Check out hyram on youtube. He has great beginner guide to skincare. Then check out skincareaddiction reddit when you need more advanced stuff. Some blackheads can be taken away from careful exfoliation over the course of several months, but some blackheads are genetic.

You might try some tools to help extract them. After that its about keeping the pores clean. If you're lucky some pores might shrink a little if you keep them clean for a while.
I also prefer a less than 5% benzoyl peroxide wash. I like it better than most with salicylic acid. 10% is too strong and just causes more damage. I use this one, it's gentle enough to use a couple times a day and cleans away the oil. Face Wash Acne Tools |

I'm sorry to take over the topic a bit. I have 2 questions for the skin-care experienced guys:
-is the black nubian soap Chris used to recommend ( www.amazon.com/dp/B001E0VBDK?tag=lifesty...NEB1PFAGXX34S4Q&th=1 ) still good despite them changing the ingredient formula to someting shittier (read the amazon comments)? -is Chris' skin care guide still good ( www.gll-getalife.com/skin-care-routine )? Thanks guys 19 yo, Colombian in France

The issue with giving skin advice to the masses is that you don't give approaches to individual skin types. Understanding what the soap does and if that addresses your skin is the real approach. African black soap has oils so it works like oil pulling in removing impurities and sulfur which is antifungal. Palm ash dries your skin, shea butter moisturizes it. I've used the original stuff and I was neutral on it. Bought about 10 bars, but stopped buying. I didn't like how it sticks to the tub and clogs my drain over time (like most bar soaps) and never noticed much improvement in my skin compared to other good cleansers like cerave sa. The new ingredients look suspect and alot less natural than before ( Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water, Glycerin, Fragrance(Parfum), Colloidal Oatmeal,Sodium Chloride, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Iron Oxides, Tetrasodium EDTA, Green 3, Red 33, Citic acid, Aloe Barbadenisis (aloe) leaf juice, Tocopherol, African Black Soap Base). Honestly, the "new ingredients" may just be the same formula under more scrutiny since they are more popular now. I prefer to use each function of this soap as needed and with individual organic ingredients: -Oil Pulling (flush out pores 2x a week at night) -Clay Mask (dries out once a week) -Sulfur (dry out zits as spot treatment) -Moisturize (daily with ceramides and oils/butters only at night) African Black Soap (Everything Combined)---Using sulfur on my whole face is overkill and putting on shea butter in the morning isn't ideal for my oily skin PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

Thanks for the elaborate response Wood. Could I maybe replace the Back African Soap with CeraVe daily as a starting point and see? Chris also recomends extra-virgin bio coconut oil at night everyday. What do you think? He also recommends this face mask once a week after removing trapped sebum with this tool . Any opinions? Do you think it could be good as a starting routine that I can modify as necessary with time? Also what do you think of this VitC and Hyaluronic Acid product? What do you mean by Oil Pulling? I googled it and found people talking about using different natural oils as mouthwash. Where can I buy the Sulfur for the zits and do you know where could I learn how to do it? I use a salicylic acid product for blemishes. What do you think? Thans a lot bro 19 yo, Colombian in France

First off you must figure out what kind of skin do you have? www.tatcha.com/blog/How-to-determine-your-skin-type.html Dry Oily Sensitive Combination (oily in places, dry in others) Then what is your issue? Show photos. Location matters It's like somebody asking "how do I up my basketball game?" Of course the lazy reply "practice" or "tennis ball drills" will technically help anyone, but any good coach will first ask "let me see some tape" if they want to actually employ their knowledge to a unique person for real results. Another example, the aztec indian clay/apple cider v mask that Chris recommended on here for everyone was a GODSEND for me (oily combination). Tried it on my girl and she turn red and broke out the worst she has in years (dry combination). Didn't think it would be that crazy of a reaction lol and I used the same mask at the same time and loved it PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread
