Air max 90s are classic. Here they are in 2014. I tapered and hemmed these paige jeans after this pic and they looked better. Form fitting is still better than loose in 2020. PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

Here my 2 cents, the reason your 2014 fit pic @woodisgood is not in for 2020, is not cuz of the pants themselves, it is the very form Fitting shirt that makes it off putting. The good rule of thumb to follow is to keep things in proportion, so when something is form fitting, it should apply to both the top and bottom + footwear. Vice Versa for wider/looser fits. In the pic below, Ignore all the print and extra designer details, if you applied a looser white shirt like that to your 2014 pic and have some top buttons unbuttoned to show your chest/abs, you keep the proportion but still keep edge even in a looser fit. <3

Style is art and I respect your opinion on what you believe looks better, but giving this advice as a counter to all the advice on this website (get fit, ditch the wide physique-hiding clothing, get clothes that fit your new physique) on what is good style is ignoring the premise of this website which is attracting women. Veterans of style on here correct me if i'm wrong.... I know about the fashion industry, I get it. I film/photograph for a living. At these fashion shows they wear provocative shit to make a statement because they want to create walking art, but in the context of aspiring douchebags, form-fitting clothes is the rule of thumb by a clear consensus. I agree that with boots you don't want jeans too skinny, that would look dumb, but air max 90s aren't boots. If you just google "air max 90 outfit" you will see every single outfit by influencers are paired with form fitting pants. Joggers, cuffed jeans, slim jeans--all put extra effort in displaying the shoe.
Right on brotha. This was a random outtake from a back and forth photoshoot while on a date. Just wanted to show how some minimal bright white kicks add pop without looking like height increasing shoes. Just the fact that they were popular in 1990 and re emerge every year and sell out shows that some kicks are timeless PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

I definitely prefer form-fitting clothing, so I appreciate you're still for it. I'll probably stick with it even if oversized is "in" because I'd rather look good than trendy.
I've heard from a couple sources (GravyTrain's fashion consultant, Rousseau and dude75 was saying it too, plus the ad emails from ASOS and PacSun) that oversized is "in". Do you think that's a bonus for guys who are overweight? (Asking for a friend, I'm still bulking ![]() @WoodisGood were you saying you had a pro photographer taking photos of you while on the date? Do you pay someone for most of your photos or do you shoot them yourself (w/ a tripod) or use a friend? Any articles you'd recommend on male posing? I think I'm starting to get the hang of facial expressions but still working on what to do with hands and how to have good posture w/o looking stiff 2020 Goals: A] 0/2 work projects completed; B] 8.4/9.0 photofeeler attractiveness; C] 200/180 lbs squat, 185/180 lbs bench, 300/200 lbs deadlift.

Oversized t-shirts and hoodies are in. (oversized shoes like the triple s are in as well.) With oversized shirts, roll up the sleeves to show off your arm muscles. With hoodies, oversized or not, there really is no way to show off your physique unless you go really fitted (at which point it will just look weird). During the summer, if you want to show off more of your body, feel free to wear tank tops in earthy or black colors so people can see your whole arms and your chest. Just make sure they are stylish, oversized tanktops (also don't be the guy always wearing tanktops). If you're shredded during the winter and want to show off abs pretend to itch your ab area by lifting up your shirt so girls can see the definition (Dude75 said guys do this in LA a lot).

If you get into the profession of fashion there's a whole thought process of what type of clothes fits your body. Height, torso length, leg length, muscularity, body fat, and even skin tone affects the colors that complement a specific person. I can't get too deep into it on here because the audience is more interested in an easy "what to wear" and not "why to wear" so I try to dumb it down to apply to the masses. Even in 2014, I bought some longline tees because they were trendy and didn't look bad to my "male don't give af" eyes, but a brutally honest, fashionable girl told me that with a longer torso than legs, they make me look shorter than I am (legs look shorter). There's alot more into fashion than just monkey see monkey do. @gettinit made good points. In the early 2000s all I wore were oversized tees and hoodies. There's pros and cons to blending in with the trends. There's a fine line between being fashionable and overdoing it and giving off perceived effort. Celebrities like Justin Bieber and Kanye have been on the oversized thrift shop swag for years. I chalk that to the "i dont give a fuck" attitude and need for anonymity. Trends follow suit in quest of being cool Do whatever makes you feel good, but also don't forget the basis of this site is self improvement. Getting fit is less of a priority if you're going to cover it up with fabric. Form fitting doesn't always work.. See pic below (before jonah), but form fitting keeps you accountable on your fitness. Plus losing weight to look good in fit form fitting clothes gives you a stack of oversized clothes as a SIDE EFFECT! I feel for broad self improvement advice pushing towards looking good in form fitting clothes will have more long term effects than clicking buy on current trends. If you're famous or already under 10% bf and jacked then you can break every fashion rule and get away with it. Clothes won't make or break you, confidence is your mannequin PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
