(picture collage) Hair: got my haircut yesterday. The first one (red shirt) was taken just before I went to the barber's. Top 3 are without styling, bottom 3 are with styling. There's a picture of the wax/rubber i used. This is my usual hairstyle.
(last pic, two faces) Face: I've been fighting acne all my life. 3rd pic was from October 2018 when I just completed my laser skin resurfacing. I burned nearly USD 3,000 into that and all the products. Around May/June this year my face started breaking out again, and I'm losing hope (and faith in the aesthetic clinic i went to). The products (all bought from iHerb) I'm using at the moment are as follow:
- Facial wash: InstaNatural, Glycolic Cleanser (daily before bed)
- Mask: Azelique, Activated Charcoal Facial Clay Mask, with Azelaic Acid (twice a week, after facial wash)
- Toner: Some By Mi, AHA.BHA.PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner (daily after the facial wash and mask)
- Moisturiser: Mill Creek Botanicals, 99% Aloe Vera Soothing Gel (overnight and morning)
I avoid dairy products (except cheese). I also try to keep my coffee down to once every two weeks, I love coffee but it makes my breakout worse, a painful sacrifice for me really.
