I've been wearing one variation of an undercut or another for a while. I'm happy with how it looks, but I've been considering getting a shorter haircut for awhile. Something that:
- doesn't get in my eyes when I workout - looks decent without being styled - is easy to style when I do I'm not 100% sure yet because the disconnected undercut looks great and if I do get it short it's going to take awhile to grow it back out again so I want to ask what you guys think. I'm tall/skinny and have thick, straight hair which seems to have a moral aversion to being styled. I look terrible with a buzzcut but best with very short sides. I have a youngish looking face so I don't want anything which looks boyish, which many short haircuts seem to do. Above is pretty much my face shape. Examples of how I usually get my haircut. Cuts I've been looking at. I think I like the 2nd one best. What do you guys think? Should I go for one of the shorter styles I linked or should I stick with the undercut? Any other styles I should look at? I have a very talented barber so I'm going to ask him as well, but I want to have an idea at least before I go in there. - By 2020: Reach 190lbs, <18% BF (@ 155lbs est. <10% BF)

Honestly, your assessment of your own face is probably warped.
You say that guy has a similar face shape, but we really have no idea. That's a different dude's face lol. We need to see your face. Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!
So long, and thanks for all the fish!

I recommend letting your hair grow out so you can style it like the photo I attached.
For the sides, get a mid fade to skin(double zero) Lay Count

I like that cut, I just don't know if my hair will do it. I'll ask my barber, it could be I just don't know how to style it. I'm down to try the skin fade for sure though, I think that'll look great. - By 2020: Reach 190lbs, <18% BF (@ 155lbs est. <10% BF)

Talked to my barber, got a mid skin fade with a hard part and medium length on top which I can style as a comb-over or straight back, similar to the pic suggested by NoStringsAttached. It looks great, I'm really happy with it.
It also fulfills my goals: doesn't get in my eyes, looks decent not styled, is super easy to style when I do. NoStringsAttached, props brother, I was on the fence about the skin fade but it looks awesome, really glad I went with it. - By 2020: Reach 190lbs, <18% BF (@ 155lbs est. <10% BF)

This is just one way I can style it, it's kind of inbetween a comb-over and styled back. My barber said he thought this is the cut I should've had a long time ago. I think it looks great, but even if it's not perfect aesthetics-wise, it's extremely low maintenance which is what I wanted for now. Again, appreciate the advice NSA. This has got me excited to go all in on style and looks once I put some muscle back on. - By 2020: Reach 190lbs, <18% BF (@ 155lbs est. <10% BF)

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
