Ive just got done with a week of coaching from Andy and that has inspired me to create a new log here to update my goals / achievements and for accountability.
Here is the goals me and Andy agreed on after the week of coaching :
Sign up for boxing GYM
Sign up for personal trainer
Get haircut + Dye
Tailor T shirts
Get a necklace
So since me and Andy last talked, I have arranged to meet up with a personal trainer who specialises in compound lifts to discuss goals and we will work on the main compound lifts as well as posture. While doing this I will be doing the keto diet (Something I've had a lot of success with in the past) My goal here is to learn correct form for compound lifts + lose 10KG in the next 3 months ish.
Ive had my haircut today, didn't end up getting it dyed but I'm going to look at doing that most likely next time I go in, dying it from brown ish colour to black, and then I will thinking about adding highlights and seeing what looks best.
While cutting I will keep a simple style (Ripped jeans / black / white t shirts and some trainers with a watch) so I'm going to get some t shirts tailored to fit me as close as I can get them to perfect, This will be my summer uniform basically.
Looking into prices / places to get earrings done but I'm not sure when that will be done.
Im also looking into buying a necklace and any other accessories, Ive found some that I like but they are expensive so I'm going to look for cheaper alternatives (Something like this) :
