Slowly start building your wardrobe with shoes...
...Buy good shoes. Slowly build your wardrobe.
I strongly encourage guys to almost always go with shoes first when building up their wardrobe.
Suit sizes, shirt sizes, waist sizes, etc. all change as guys get fit (gain muscle, lose fat).
Shoe sizes pretty much always stay the same. (There's an exception for guys that lose/gain extreme amounts of weight, as that will affect foot size due to pressure, but that's for extreme examples).
Think of shoes as an investment piece. That is, if you're going for timeless, classic styles and not trendy sneakers.
Krishna's style post(s) is spot on. If everything seems too much to handle at once (there's a lot of information), break it down to fundamentals. Right now, get that shoe thing taken care of.

I agree with the people above and suggest that you need to lose weight as a major and first priority.
As for style, your clothes are too baggy at the moment. I can see that you gravitate towards a street/hiphop kind of style. That's good, keep that look as it is an edgy look.
It might not be efficient to buy clothes at the moment as you progress in losing weight. So, you could buy cheap fitted clothing as you reach an acceptable body fat level. Brands like h&m and forever 21 should be sufficient.
Losing weight is simple, but not easy. You need to eat less calories than you burn on a daily basis.
Start by estimating how many calories you burn in a day. You can do this by multiplying your bodyweight in pounds by 15. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, your estimated calories burned in a day would be 200x15 = 3000 calories. To lose weight, you simply need to eat less calories than this. I suggest eating around 500 calories less than your daily calories burned. This should result in 1 pound lost per week. Adjust your calories as you go along to see if you're losing weight at a rate that's both sustainable and consistently giving you results.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
