Hey brother! I need your expertise with skin care. Please dismiss the horrid close up pic. I had to go super close to show you what’s up.
So my skin sucks. But only on my face. No acne anywhere else. I’ve got really dry, sensitive facial skin. As you can see I tend to break out on both sides of my nose and under my lips. One or two randomly on the forehead. I’ve tried multiple face washes, exfoliates and moisturizers. Even using nothing but water. None of them seem to clear my skin up. It should be noted that these are all products from a grocery store and not specialty store. I don’t know the names of the acne but I get white heads, blotches of redness, and spots where it’s painful under the skin.
I have noticed that when I eat less grains that the acne is not as severe. Do you think eating dairy has a similar impact? Is my diet the causation behind this or is it improper skin care?
Any insight, feedback or advice is greatly appreciated. If you know a proper routine for my skin type including which exact products I should be using, please let me know. Thanks a lot!!

Dry Skin. Try Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe. What are you using to moisturize after showers?
Sensitive Skin. Check the shaving advice in my thread.
Diet has an impact and everybody is different. Shit that I experience more acne in order: not enough water, dairy(lactose intolerant), nuts(i'm mildly allergic). I've heard gluten can make you break out, but I haven't noticed the correlation myself. Elimination diet. Shit like high does of biotin can also cause acne and creatine dehydrates your (non-muscle body) so this causes acne if you don't drink enough water.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
