I have something I could improve on: I am naturally good-looking, but I don't think I 'look good'. If you get what I mean. I have a good - great body but I have 'rough edges' might be a good way to put it.
I would use GLL for style advice when/if I care about that, and I do plan on getting a couple tattoos in the future.
But what are some relatively simple, quick, easy fixes that could improve sex appeal?
I am basically looking for a list of tips and tricks, excluding style.
Also, is style ( I mean the clothes you wear and accessories ) the most important factor in looking good?

Did you decide to looksmax because you thought that something was potentially holding you back ? Did you feel that you needed to fine tune certain things to become even more attractive and more appealing ( to a wider variety of women). Or was it just something you wanted to do for yourself ? Nothing to do with women .
Fresh look man. I can vouch for what you said as well. I've started to get my style together (trendy well fitting clothes), rocking a fresh fade, and got my body percentage down. I get looks from hot chicks all the time, people are more interested in me, i get more respect. Met some guys at the club last weekend and they were passing me free lines of coke because they liked that I had the balls to go out solo and talk to people. I've still got a ways to go but it feels good making progress
I even took a bitch home on public transport with me tonight, but she didn't want sex when we got back to my place. Its a good lesson on availability, sure, chicks might be down to "go for a drink" but if they're not sexually available they're not available. Anyways getting your looks right is the first step. Its the key in the door, what you do once you're inside is up to you but way too many people want to talk about the nuances when they dont have the basics yet.
Low body fat. Muscles. Dope haircut. Nice clothes that fit. Then worry about the rest. I wish I had done more earlier.

Rapitup, it’s also extremely useful in getting a job as well. Interviewers will automatically like you more, promotions will be given more frequently, disciplinary action against you would be more lenient, people will actually listen to what you say, cover your shifts for you, help you with stuff.
The list of advantages is almost limitless.
Lay Count: 92 (29 from cold approach since finding GLL)

Everything said here is from a point of trying to help everyone out, so I'm going to try to drop some constructive advice.
While the black shirt/black tie looks fine to most from a social standpoint; it's not a good business look. In all honesty, it's something only younger professionals would ever wear/kinda reminiscent of kids going to school dances or fraternity gatherings.
I'm not sure how formal your workplace is but true business dress demands a LIGHTER dress shirt (white, light blue, pale yellow, etc) with a DARKER colored tie to provide contrast. Especially if you're wearing a full suit. Type in "business dress men" in google and see the images and you'll notice 99% are wearing light colored shirts.
If you're wearing a full suit, you should button your top button. If you don't have to wear a full suit and aren't required to wear a tie, I would just ditch the tie altogether.
These may seem nitpicky but fashion, especially business/dress fashion, is all in the details. Hope it helps.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
