Missed this while I was in mexico. Yeah the dark on dark is very popular among everyone especially guys who aren't in shape (black hides body dimension). It's literally the go to scheme for all my friends who don't work out. For this reason, I rarely do all black outfits because I'd rather stand out than fit in and not hide my physique E.G. Sunday I threw off the all black look with some olive pants. I was in long beach for the raider game where everyone dresses in black traditionally for the game. Think appropriate, but not sheepish I could see your style working in the college, beach life environment. It's a chris gll look where it's casual conversation-starter stuff. If i was going to a college keg party i'd rock that, but I'm 30 and go for GF-quality girls so I add a little bit of class without hiding the douchebag gainzzz haha PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

btw @ liltony
I saw a short asian guy rocking this shirt yesterday looking jacked as fuck. Medium tone colors show most shadow and under physique. I wouldn't go out at night in this because of the stripe on the back (fitness marker), but i'd rock this shit to the gym or daygame. Totally regret not pulling the trigger on this for black friday. The fabric is like dryfit but cottonish. Stretch, but not compression. Perfect fabric for gains and it's tailored precisely for athletic build unlike regular brands that aren't athletic www.aestheticrevolution.com/products/ven...ck-long-sleeve-olive PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

Question though, I'd like to wear chucks most of the time and I'm 5'8" so I'm not sure if it's gonna make a big difference but are there insoles I can put in chucks to elevate my height? |

Yeah it's 20$ on amazon, if you got high top chucks then you could easy put one layer of the insole. It'll give you an extra inch. And yeah it'll make a difference, all the shit you do to improve your looks will add up in the end of the day
Height- 5'10"
Bodyweight- 174lbs Lifting stats: Bench-285lbs Squat-375lbs Deadlift-445lbs OHP- 185lbs |

I'd imagine the thin canvas material would provide less support so you won't be able to lift as much. I'd avoid the ones with the bubble in them. I didn't like them and use these now. One of each provides around 1 inch lift with arch support

Dude--ignore all advice about how to get height those "chucks." Get rid of those shoes immediately. They are pussy repellent. Any guy on here who isn't calling that out immediately is not someone you should be listening to. Never wear those shoes as a grown man.
Look up common projects if you want to swim in the big kids pool with sneakers. Fuck. |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
