A good rule of thumb is to keep track of what gets complimented and what doesn't.
Just because something doesn't get complimented doesn't mean it looks bad, just that it didn't elicit a response.
I do notice that certain items get constant remarks:
-Slim fitting jeans
-slim fitting moto jeans (best of the both above)
-buttoned up shirts with patterns on them
-buttoned up shirts with something embroidered on them
-accessories (especially if the girl touches it - this is old PUA "chick bait" thinking, but it's one of the PUA things that actually works)
-anything fitted (usually requires $10 - $20 tailoring job)
Basically, modern, fitted clothing with a bit of an edge and some accessories added in.
Temporarily unavailable as I need to focus on other areas of my life. Only focusing on no more than two goals at once. Best of luck to you guys.
Everything the other guys said. Fitted clothes is the way to go. Of course, the more fit you are the better, clothes will look on you.
For me, It depends on the weather. But in general I try to wear something that accentuates my shoulders and arms.
If you wear a fitted T-shirt, make sure it fits well around your shoulders and arms. If the shirt fits well around your arms, and shoulders(traps), but is a bit lose around your belly, you can get away with being a bit overweight.
Buttoned up shirts are good even when you're not in your best shape. Just don't forget to fold the sleeves.(I almost never wear buttoned up shirt with short sleeves)
Girls dig my European style in general.
Here I have my leather jacket(Brown), hooded shirt(dark grey), leather shoulder bag(brown), a necklace(you can barely see. also watch and bracelet that you can see when I pull the sleeves) I go for a simplistic style, that is not overwhelming to the eye but still stands out when the right pieces are together. I usually go for brown(beige), blue, gray, black, (sometimes white) colors with small patterns/details.
I might do a collection of pics with all my outfits just for reference.
Edit: I usually go for brands like Banana Republic, Guess, GAP and other brands with similar style.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
