I’m 24 and and I practically never got (cute, at least) girls attracted to me, but just now I’m seriously considering a nose job and something for my eyes. What things can I do to improve my appearance? I’m trying to make my life better, after a long period of depression, and I hope this can be useful.
First things first, start lifting and eating big to put on some size. This will make you look better and also increase your confidence. Once you have put on some size, cut down to ~12% bodyfat.
It will probably take 1.5-2 years to get to a decent level, but you will make a ton of progress along the way (both physically and mentally). Id train hard and eat well for 2-3 years before considering something so drastic.
Also, are you even approaching girls or just wondering why girls arent making moves on you? If the latter, start approaching. Im an above average looking guy with a decent build and its very rare that a girl will do all the work for me. If I want to pull, I have to approach. Also, Im not sure where you stand in regards to experience with girls, but dont be afraid to lower your standards to begin with. There is plenty of time to pull hotter girls when you feel better about yourself.
Yea dude put on some size, your face is fine. You've got a good shape in your head and good hair as well. Seriously, I don't have the best looking face but being bigger than your average guy and having a good body has gotten me a lot cuter chicks than if I was skinny. It was night and day.

I think OP should worry about packing on some size more than bodyfat percentage and 1 rep maxes at the moment. He looks like he has a fairly small build and is already low bodyfat. He would see much greater benefit from gaining 20lbs than he would cutting down to be ripped with little to no mass.
Im sure Its great to be ripped (not that I'd know ), but if you are already pretty skinny, it isnt going to enhance your facial features so much to make you more attractive, Gaining lean mass will though. I believe standing out in a t shirt, as in its clear to see you lift, should be the goal for everyone.
1) Start a style log where you upload pictures of your style so we know you don't dress like a fucking retard.
2) approach 5 girls a day, direct, "Hi my name is scott, you're cute, we should chill sometime, ok awesome. give me your number".
3) Start a training log and lift heavy. Being lean, small, and jacked is overrated as fuck. You want big muscles so that people can actually tell that you work out when you have shirt on.
This is all the advice you need. Everything else is procrastinating and making excuses.
I don't want to start something here, this forum has been of great help to me, but keep in mind that no matter what you look like every guy on here is going to say your face is fine. You might be the ugliest motherfucker(which you're not) and people will still say the same thing. I'm not saying you should do plastic surgery, just try to stay grounded and realize you're not gonna be fucking supermodels.
I'd say go for 6's and 7's.

You look completely fine. You have the basis to become a really cool and good looking guy.
Start taking real pride in your body and that will show in your face more. Start gaining some muscle and develop confidence in your body. Start to develop your own style and look. Start to smile while you are walking in the street. Look at people in the eye. Fake confidence and dominance until you make it.
I'm not going to say that you absolutely shouldnt get plastic surgery, thats up to you, but its a pretty drastic decision. I suggest you really devote yourself to making yourself look better naturally first. Its a self-fulfilling prophecy: You get a new haircut, start dressing with some edge, build a little muscle. Suddenly you find yourself walking around the street and interacting with people with a little more confidence. That feeds back into making you even happier and even more confident the next time.
