I do oil pulling with coconut oil for a few weeks now... nothing noticable

I just started using the 60 $ crest white strips that stick,.... about 5 applications all i haev are some white streaks on my teeth.. no sensitivity tho

Crest strips work...used I think like 3 times over last 2-3 years...even when I had bad style (acne, baggy clothes, skinny as fuck) I always got complimented on my smile.

Also make sure to go to dental hygienist to clean up your teeth before you whiten them

I got about 150 of the 30min crest white strips for free from a promo job i did. It actually did work well and i actually got compliments from people on how nice & white my teeth were. The only issue is it seems expensive to regularly keep up. Also, there seems to be a popular concern about it harming the enamel on your teeth.

Awhile back from a research chemical site I got hydrogen peroxide in a teeth whitening kit. It worked amazing and was inexpensive. Too bad that site is closed down..
