I know it has been recommended getting your teeth professionally whitened. Has anyone had any success from Crest Whitening strips or another commercial products for that matter?

I've used them along with using coconut oil daily and I've had amazing results… I don't know if it was the whitening strips or the coconut oil, but the combination of the two have worked wonders for me… I've had my teeth whitened my dentists multiple times but they haven't been able to compete with what the white strip/coconut oil has done for me….

If you just want to use Crest white stripes, I'd say go for it… They're cheap and easy… Use them and see what happens, you have nothing to lose….

I've been using any brand I have or can find…

I just put a small amount in my mouth and leave it in there, swoosh it around, etc for 20 minutes…3-5 days a week.

YES! They work and 90% of other stripes available do work too,but I needed 2 packages to get my teeth really white. (I told my sister about it and it worked for her too) Now I dont want to pay for new packages but still want my teeth to remain white after having used the stripes so I brush my teeth with baking soda (mixed with a bit of water) once every 3-4 weeks. Works perfect and my teeth remained white. Guys at work are always seeing me when I drink Coke at work and have already asked me why I eat and drink so much shit but still have white teeth.
Keep in mind most dentists will tell you baking soda isnt good for your teeth. That may be true but many people do that and I have not heard of anyone who had problems with that. I have been doing it for 3 years now and if it is done only once every 3 weeks it wont damage teeth but they will still remain white.

Yes, crest strips work.

I wouldn't bother with the cheaper substitutes, they didn't work nearly as well ime

I wanna get my teeth bleached one day. I want those crazy pearly whites. I've tried some bleach before that I ordered off Amazon but it burned my gums. Is getting it done professionally the best way? What's the price of this by the way?

No, crest strips are the best way.

I've done both. Professional whitening = painful + extremely expensive + average results tbh

crest strips = cheap + easy to do/not painful - just do one course every 3-6 months and you're golden

I use the classic ones that are less strong because my teeth are sensitive. My dentist noticed a difference and after a regular cleaning it's really more noticeable. I only used about 20 strips too (spread out over a couple months because Im lazy)

I have tried professional laser whitening and they got my teeth pretty white. The only problem is that it didn't get between my teeth because my filling were stained.

As well if you eat certain things like coffee/soda they are gonna return to the color they were again.

I also bought the zoom treatment from dentist that had the teeth mold for after the laser whitening and it was ok but I liked the crest 1 hour express whitestrips better.

I just tried the 1 hour express whitening for 15.00 bucks and used some baking soda and I think if your teeth weren't too bad to start out that this is best treatment long term. They looked better then the dentist product zoom.

It got between my teeth better then the zoom from dentist and will use instead of the zoom.

Also crest has a professional whitening product for about 70 bucks and if its anybetter then the 1 hour express which only cost 15 bucks for a 6 month supply it must be awesome. I wanna try it.
