Reason being my pelvis is kind of abnormally wide. So are my shoulders a bit, but my waist is really narrow, giving me like an hourglass/feminine shape. I'm not happy about it but I'm trying to fix it in the gym, but in the mean time, I can't really follow style guides because my body shape is completely retarded.

I have your problem just a bit. Honestly jeans are just weird to me. I am always rocking basketball shorts or khaki shorts (not cargos, usually colored) Cargos are ugly, i know kids who get made fun of for wearing them and having no fashion sense. It depends on the kind of hoodies and stuff I guess. It it has all these nike logos and stuff you will look like you are going to the gym. That is the main reason I wear khaki shorts, to prevent the gym look.
