I am writing this this introduction as I am starting the approach anxiety program. I'm 22, fairly lean (70kg) and am looking to tackle one of the most frustrating aspects of my life. I constantly feel as if I'm not good enough to go and talk to someone (especially girls) as I'm scared I'm just gonna come off as a creep / annoying. I'm completely frustrated with thought loop that follows. Time to try and take some action to change myself.
I can't say that this is my no1. priority as I am studying full time and working full time between semesters. These priorities aren't going anywhere anytime soon, and therefore this is going to be my priority 1b.
