Greetings!
I stumlbed upon the GLL approach anxiety program several days ago from this Reddit post: www.reddit.com/r/asktrp/comments/d8hdne/...n_bootcamps/f1bnnfh/ Why am I here? I am 44 years old and can count the number of women I've "dated" on one hand. The only "girlfriend" I've had is a crippling oneitis that I'm struggling to overcome. The mistakes I've made with my oneitis could fill volumes, so that will have to be a story for another time. My "relationship" with my oneitis ended horrificly about two weeks ago and yet I find myself unable to move on. My solution? Date other women! My problem? Approach anxiety makes it nearly impossible for me to approach women! I started a serious self-improvement journey in November, 2017. I weighed 240 pounds with a height of 5'6". I suffered all sorts of aches and pains due to the excessive weight I was carrying and my life was miserable. I hired a personal trainer and started working out regularly. I hired a chiropractor and with their guidance I was able to repair my body. I hired a therapist, discovered I had ADHD, and started treating that earlier this year. I hired a style coach to massively improve my wardrobe. I hired a dating coach to help me set up an effective online dating profile. Today I weigh 185 pounds. I still have about 20-30 pounds to go before I hit my goal. My back pain is gone, my body feels great, and I look forward to my workouts now! I found I work better when I have someone I'm working with who can keep me accountable. I'm joining this community today to get the accountability and support I need to slay my approach anxiety dragon! This is my first day and this is my introduction. Rational Ruffian

I'm still waiting for my Approach Anxiety Vlog thread to be approved. While I won't be posting a dating profile just yet, for day 3 I'd like to post the pictures from my last dating profile and some more recent pictures in my Vlog thread.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
