Hey guys,
I’ve been a lurker on GLL for a few years now and I just started coaching with Andy. Backstory I’m 31 years old I've never had intercourse. I've been sexual with six women, but I've had severe performance anxiety every time. Except for the first woman, I’ve only been intimate with these women one or two times -- so I’ve never been able to build more sexual comfort and work on overcoming my performance anxiety. I wouldn’t consider myself a “kissless virgin” since I have had makeouts, handjobs, blowjobs, and fingered more than one girl to organism before. My performance anxiety is very specifically related to intercourse and I’m confident that I’ll be able to overcome it if I find a girl who’s experienced and can I've been battling depression and general anxiety since I was a teenager. With therapy things have improved, but I still have severe approach anxiety and between 2016 and this year I avoided dating completely. Online dating is frustrating and requires a lot of my mental energy, but at least I’m getting out there and getting some results (two women since January). I really want to improve my physique (it’s been a major goal of mine for over 7 years), but I struggle to maintain any consistency with exercise, meal prep, diet, and sleep. In the past year I’ve focused on the gym more seriously (paid for a personal trainer). My results haven't been great, but it's better than I've done with any of my previous attempts at working out and I'm in the best shape I've been in my entire life (still not that great -- see progress photos). I’m in a good financial situation with a well paying job that isn’t stressful and has consistent, reasonable hours. I have my own place in a good neighborhood in a decent city (1 million metro population) in the US. Goals #1 goal is completing the AA program (AA log coming soon) #2 goal is improving my physique by sticking to my exercise program and meal plan After completing the AA program, my #1 goal will be to find a girl who’s relaxed, comfortable, experienced, and can help me overcome my performance anxiety. Daily Routine I’m using a daily habit tracking app (HabitBull for android) to help keep me on track (especially the 6 meals a day my bulking diet calls for), so I thought I’d share that here: - Wake up, weight in on scale (5:30 am) - Go to gym - Shower, morning skin care - Go to work (8:00 am) - Drink breakfast shake - Eat lunch - Eat afternoon snack - Do AA program after work (5:30 pm) - Eat dinner - Take vitamins - Evening skin care - Drink evening shake - Floss and brush teeth - Go to sleep on time (9:30 pm) Workout Log I’m doing a basic Push-Pull-Leg hypertrophy program 6 days a week. I’m paying for a personal trainer (he’s a natural bodybuilder and he has the results to show that he knows his stuff) and a nutritionist, so I wasn’t going to post a workout log on GLL. Current Goals:
✅ Lose virginity ✅ Have sex with the same girl a second time ✅ Overcome AA ⚪ Have sex with the same girl a third time ⚪ Move to a city with better dating options by the end of 2020 ⚪ Get to 140 lbs with 10% bodyfat

Idk how long you have been working with your trainer and nutritionist, but if I were you, I would do my homework so that you have some knowledge of how this stuff works that way you’re not making blind decisions. Trainers may have good bodies and know what they are doing, but I have noticed that some of them will half-ass their training with their clients so that they don’t progress in an effort to keep their clients for a longer period of time. I’m not saying to not have a trainer. I’m saying to learn about fitness yourself so that you have a proper way to gauge your trainer’s efficacy. Same thing applies with your nutritionist. Thanks for the welcome! I'm 5'6". I've been with my trainer for about 10 months now. He knows his stuff and I totally trust him (check out his Instagram here: www.instagram.com/flex20pho7 ). I'm just complete shit at sticking with the diet and hitting the gym consistently. I skipped a ton of days during my last cut and I feel like I lost almost all of my gains. Trying harder with my current bulk to stay consistent. Current Goals:

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
