What are you looking for? Are you looking to increase your desire to socialize, lower your anxiety, find places to be social? I assume you have a hard time being social because of anxiety, since you mention drinking. In that case, are you looking for a long-term solution? The AA program would probably be perfect, like Jake said.
Or are you looking for a short term solution? There are plenty of drugs and supplements you can use to accomplish that. If you use them properly (pushing beyond your socializing comfort zone, not relying on them) they can help long term as well. If you describe your experience and what you are looking for (physical anxiety vs mental, what setting you're in, etc.) in more detail, I can name and give you some info on some substances to look into. For example, phenibut, recommended on this site and sold by happy hippo, is a fantastic tool for socializing. It can work day or night, as an alcohol replacement or as it's own thing, etc.. It enhances your desire to socialize, it lowers anxiety and it enhances some aspects of cognition like verbal fluency (I think?), which is very rare among powerful anti-anxiety substances. All that being said, it might not be what you're looking for and something else may work much better.

If you want alcohol replacements Kava and kratom are both great. For kava, micronized kava is the way to go, but it has to be high quality or it will make you sick, since they have to filter out the fiber part that makes you nauseous. Mix with water, almond milk and honey to kill the taste, that's by far the best, easiest way. For socializing in a laid back setting with pretty girls I would pick a heady kava over alcohol all day long. It makes me very touchy/feely though, so maybe don't drink with a plate or you could start telling her things you might not mean the next day lol.
Btw, have you thought about trying to prevent the flush? It's called "Asia flush" right? I think it's a polymorphism in ALDH2. Maybe an ALDH inducer (if there are any safe ones and if safe with alcohol). You could look into what specifically causes the flush, if it is from acetyldehyde (processed by ALDH I think) you could take asprin and drink clear drinks and that might be enough to prevent it. I don't know but if you think drinking would help you (and it can sometimes, for sure) than looking into preventing it might be worthwhile. Niacin an hour before you drink might prevent the flush, by causing a strong one earlier. There's lots of things you could try. Or maybe just use it as a conversation starter. Go talk to some girls and tell em about the time you took a family christmas photo and looked like a cherry in next years christmas card and your aunt made fun of you etc.
Alcohol is a lot less useful as you naturally lower your anxiety, and to be honest, it isn't as useful as you might think in the first place. Do the AA program or just start cold approaching and you'll find how quickly alcohol starts to hurt you chances more than improve them, in my opinion.
Edit: Asian flush syndrome actually is caused by acetaldehyde, which is cool. I couldn't find anything on asprin preventing the formation of acetaldehyde but I'm almost sure I read it does back in the day. I did find someone say that they heard it prevents asian flush though, so maybe worth a try.

I used to get flush when drinking aswell. Or “asian glow” as some call it.
Take a zantac maximum strength an hour before drinking. Im assuming red wine makes you flush the most? Try drinking red wine or any mixed drink that would normally flush you. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how good it works. Also it works all day so no need to re-dose if your at the beach.
So zantac should work fine. Just get the maxiumum strength one. If that DOES work for you(it will) you can also carry around some Tums(the little candy versions) around for quick relief.
