I'm here to introduce myself to that family that I never had, so let's go!
My name is Ali, a middle-eastern guy, 21 years old, unfortunately I'am still a virgin (because of my conservative religious society, damn it man I was suffering ). The good news here that I'm now in France for my studies (bachelor degree); I was waiting for this move in order to start the AA program and now it's the time to get some French pussy haha !!
My goals for 2017 are :
1) Having sex with 12 girls (at least) and killing approach anxiety forever !
2) Going to 7% body fat
3) Mastering the street workout shit (I love it !)
4) Learn how to dance Rock n Roll (I swear to god girls just get turned on from this shit ! also it is funny as hell)
5) Passing my exams with A's.
If I could accomplish one thing in 2016/2017 that would be more secure about my body seriously I mean to love my body.
I don't remember exactly when I started reading about PUA shit but I think that was in 2015.
The main blockages : I feel really insecure about my body due to many fucking factors :
1) I had Gynecomastia removal surgery followed by another operation to reduce the areola size in august (still having small red scars that needs cream treatment for another 3 months)
2) I am a skinny-fat bitch, completely out of shape, 5''10 and 186 pounds, I would say that I am soft and my skin is not tight at all but it is not loose also, I don't know how to explain that but when I see my friends and even some girl, I find that they have tighter skin than me. I think that I have the dirtiest genetics on the mother-fuckin earth. The fat is concentrated in my thighs and my ass. I can have a full definition six packs (done before ) but my thighs were never lean !!!
3) I had my braces so late, still having them actually for another 6 months maximum, even though, I don't think that I look bad in braces but it forms an insecurity to me.
The advantages :
1) I would say that I am sociable, I love making friends, laughing, enlarging my social circles and talking to strangers.
2) I look good, most of people say that I am handsome ( girls and gays giving compliments ) specially when I have really low fat on my face. Also, they love my naturally curled hair. Every time I go to the nightclubs girls come to play with my hair haha but when we start a conversation I think they are turned off from the braces.
My experience : I have made out with girls (with my braces) but I really don't have any sexual experience. Here it is the truth !! Never had a girlfriend (21 years old and never had a girl friend, fuck the middle-eastern society)

I am trying to be honest as much as possible guys and I would like to know your opinions about me ( I am attaching some photos) and if I should concentrate on my body only for the moment and after that the AA program or Should I do both together since the AA program is made to kill AA not to get laid in the first place?

That was a great introduction post. I would say you should get serious about the gym/ your diet, as well as start the AA program. As you see your body change, you'll only get more and more confident. If you only work on your body, and don't work on your AA, it's incredibly easy to get into a mind frame of "I still don't look good enough yet. I need to fill my pecs out, and have 18 inch arms before it'll be worth hitting on girls". I've been there, and it's an endless cycle. Don't fall into that trap.

Thanks man, yeah I know that I have to get in shape and take care of my body but the problem is that is not at all sustainable may be for a short period but not for a good period of time, especially with my genetics. I am not looking for excuses but I was just thinking about it. May be I have to follow the advice of Chris to shut the fuck up and juat do it !!!
What about it don't you think will be sustainable? If you start lifting seriously, and give 100% in the gym every time, you can get away with doing full body routines 3x per week. Then it's just a matter of your diet being on point.
You can definitely do this shit man! Getting started is the hardest part.

Thanks man, everyday I am certain that I am in the right community! I find what you say really motivating, just want to ask you if I should cut or bulk as I don't really know what to do exactly, I trained for a year and half, didn't see much results as I discovered after that I have a low T and every time I cut I just get wasted and so tired and can't even do anything.
If you have low T, have you went to an endocrenologist? You could get on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). If I were in your situation I would definitely look into that.
I wouldn't advise you to "bulk" or "cut" in the classic sense. My advice would be to follow a training routine such as the AlphaDestiny novice program, while eating very clean (low carb and low sugar, I don't eat any grains). By keeping the carbs and sugar intake low, you're body will stop holding so much water weight. Just make sure you're eating slightly above maintenance, and getting adequate protein. By putting those things together you will be able to build muscle while losing fat. If you want to lose fat faster, at the expense of some muscle gains, just dial back your calories per day.
