I haven't been as active on the forum as I intended in the beginning. This is due to me losing motivation on improving myself mid-November. Since then, my state of mind has been slowly improving. I even started a diet on December 11th and already lost nearly half of my 65 lbs goal. This was accomplished by drastically cutting calories and snacks out of my diet. I noticed a huge decrease in appetite about 10 days in and I'm currently physically unable to eat more than one plate of food at a time.
Additionally, I have most of my habits in check since January 1st. I spent a good chuck of each day improving myself and generally reach all but one to three of my daily goals.
The only thing that currently troubles me is getting up on time, which may be a side-effect of a large caloric deficit, which arguably makes me sleep about 2 hours longer than usual. I consumed some coffee for the first time in months trying to pull an all-nighter and I'm successful so far.
