Hi everyone, my name is Scott, i'm 25 years old and I stumbled across this site because I am trying to get over my approach anxiety. I'm from the DC area.

I would say fear of rejection and looking stupid are my main reasons for my approach anxiety. I have really had no dating/sex life for the past couple years because of my anxiety of talking to chicks. I tend to freeze up and don't know what to say. If I can get to the point in a couple months of where I can approach a girl that I find attractive and have a conversation with her I would be happy. I want to be confident when talking to women and don't want to give a shit what they think about me or if I get rejected.

I'm very excited to start the approach anxiety program and finally get a dating/sex life that I am happy with.

Hey Scott, good to have you around.

I defo recommend getting yourself set up with online dating. There is plenty of good advice around here on optimising your profile. If you keep at it you have no problem finding girls/sex and that starts a whole snowball of positive momentum.
