Hi, I'm a 22 year old college senior about to graduate in May and soon to turn 23. I'm posting because I'm going to change my life, but I want to vent and ask a question.
The following bracketed section is just me venting, so feel free to skip to the bolded part for my action plan.
The things that are going well: I'm graduating with a CS major from a good school and I've got a pretty good job set for June. I have a really supportive family and good friends that will be in the area after I graduate.
Meditate, read a book, sleep 9 hours, and eat healthy everyday
Hit the gym 3-5 times a week using a full body routine
Visualize my ideal life every morning and night
Have clear skin and dandruff free hair
Have a budget once I start working full-time
Practice being a positive/cool person and be my ideal self all the time
Forgive myself and move on from the past
I mostly just want to get my shit together and feel good/happy on a regular basis instead of switching between motivated
and dejected. I have a lot of work to do. Thanks for reading.
Also, does anyone have suggestions for letting go of the past? I missed out on some key experiences and I feel like even if I work hard, get a sweet lifestyle, and "make up" for lost time that those new experiences won't really compare. I'll just be some older guy trying to experience something I should have done sooner. I'm pretty sure the answer is just to deal with it/forget, but any thoughts would be appreciated.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
