I just turned 33 in December, been a fat fuck all my life, drug addict for eleven years, unemployed for most of my adult life, and never been on a date, etc...
Anyway I changed all that over the course of the 18 months -- now lost roughly 140pounds, lifting weights every day, dropped the habit like a hot potato, and am now gainfully employed in a media company. Couldn't be happier.
Except, Im still a fucking virgin. And, with all the weight lifting, I've never been hornier... Never. I look at women now, that I would never have bothered even considering good looking previously... and I go "Nice ass, honey"... internally, but whatever.
Been on a few dates, but nothing turned into more than that - a single date... Now, I know I'm not fucking ugly, so I needed some advice - am definitely no good at being dominant, so I need to learn that. It seems to be what women want - a 'real man'..

Damn dude, congrats on getting the rest of your life sorted out. You lost weight, kicked the habit, gained muscle, got a job...that's incredible. Welcome OP, well recently there was another guy on here, that didn't lose his v-card until his 30's, Veltinorian, he says he lost it a couple of days before turning 35, so maybe you can emulate his success story, but I don't know about this, but is there an epidemic going on currently in which more guys are entering their 20's and some even 30's as still a virgin in this generation?
Well, here are some of the stuff I've posted to Facebook over the last 18 months, and a recent picture.
As far as diet is concerned - I just went high protein, low carb for the longest time... I dont care as much anymore, just basically eating a lot of 'skyr', vegetables, chicken, fish... protein powders... bcaas... I lift and cardio every day (though I've just had a little spell of three-four days of not doing any cardio at all, so I have spent yesterday and the day before getting back in control, did 30 mins the day before yesterday, 40 yesterday....)
today's leg day... fun fun fun =)
I do a four split - days consist of cardio and either legs, chest, back or shoulder lifting - I throw in arms and wrists on different days, usually upper body days just to burn a few extra kcal on those days with smaller muscle groups being worked.
anyway - you can barely recognize that this is the same guy. And as far as personality goes, they're two different people entirely.
Only problem now, is that I got to get surgery to remove excess skin and fat deposits that are too ingrown to remove by working out... never going to stop doing that, though. My new drug, I get high - literally - doing it... So much cheaper and healthier than popping morphine and methadone...
But that damn skin... I might aswell still be a fat fuck, as far as ladies are concerned. The looks I get in the gym, when I wear a tank top - cause I dont give a fuck, I got good arms - are always centered around my chest area, where I got those damn bitch tits sitting around, looking like shit. Really pisses me off - and the damn government wont give me the surgery because of my BMI being too high... I've busted my ass for 18 months to get where I am, gone through hell, come out the other end, and they basically tell me to stop lifting and loose my muscle mass, so I can get down in weight to suit THEM...
BUT... if I had the money to go get it done myself - I could have it done tomorrow.
Anyway - this is the stuff I got available right now, hope it can inspire someone else to get started earlier than I did, to avoid problems like loose skin... such an anti climax.
