I do 3 days a week, deadlifts and bench presses 2 days, squats and shoulder presses the other day. (These should be relatively heavy)
Once you have your body fat where you want it you can quit the cardio and focus entirely on a weight training scheme that is more involved.
partially agree, no need to do a ton of ab workouts such a time-waster
i've been on keto for so long but still try to lift as heavy as i can (to help preserve muscle). i am of the opinion to always go heavy- to effect a strong response (muscle growth), you need an equally strong stimulus (higher intensity of workouts) to provoke change
Jman, sorry i forgot how long have you been lifting ? if you're just starting out i suggest Mark Rippetoe's 5x5 basic routine, that's a good foundational 3 days/week split with the basic compound lifts. right now, i am doing a modified version of Layne Norton's PHAT routine
"semper virilis" (always manly/masculine)

definetley not ugly, congrats on the weight loss, keep it up!!
Hey dude - welcome. yeah the PKGangzta recommended cut is legit.
You have a fucking great basic setup to start out with (body). If you implement a new LIFESTYLE change, and this is important because gains only occur in a consistent, continuous manner, (nothing is gonna happen overnight) you can be a god. Go to the gym everyday, lift heavy and do mainly compound movements. (DEADLIFTS, SQUATS, bench and weighted pull-ups) And most importantly, stop eating processed food(if you do - this is fast-food and any box of food from the store)[(at the least cut the fuck back on it)] Eat right, lift always and follow Chris and the rest of these pimps on this forum and i'll be looking to you for advice on slaying pussy soon. Can't wait to see the progress brotha.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
