above is mainly cold/random approaching.

I'm stealing Sleazy's definition of cold approach-
Indiscriminately walking up to random girls and spitting game at them.

A lot of people yelled at him when he said "Cold Approach Is Useless," [for most guys/pickup students] but a lot of people didn't heed his definition of "cold approach," which I defined above.

I agree with him - per his criteria and demographic (most guys - because most guys have very average sex appeal and by the numbers would only be using their time efficienctly if they hit on 3s and 4s.).

I don't believe it's useless, however, for guys that reach our definition of "Above Average" and can "be 7's".

I don't wear my contacts often, so I don't usually know what is warm/cold. I've always tagged 5-15% of the girls I hit on, most of them being my equal (or slightly less) in sex appeal.

btw- girls generally consider me a 7-9. some consider me a 10 if they are into exotic/super masculine guys. Some consider me a 5 or 6 they don't like "buff" or "meathead" guys. But I'm usually 7-9, in person, to most chicks.

Great post chris and can tell you put a lot of effort into it, this will definitely please the keyboard jockeys of the internet greatly. I think it is good to take a step back when you are getting bogged down by blowouts to see that it's are part in parcel with what to expect with this stuff.

there's SO MANY factors and most of them aren't black or white

even approaching- it's not usually 100% cold (a girl could have noticed you 20mins ago)... or 100% warm (rarely does a girl give any more than the eye contact).

as far as "blowouts" that something that IF you can "reframe" as sexual availability and not rejection -- you can get into the absurd numbers like 52+ a year.

the truth is- once you have above-average or more sex appeal - you aren't getting "rejected" (aka turned down because you aren't hot enough) much. its simply a matter of sexual availability where the girl isn't looking AT THAT EXACT MOMENT in time.

if i had realized that in my mid 20s - I would have slept with 400 girls.

I believe we are the ONLY place on the Internet where sexual availability is even discussed.

And I realized the concept from two main things-
- Scotty, who gets laid a ton and creeps the fuck out of a lot of girls that aren't DTF
- Guys that are better looking than I am - who get laid a lot less than I have. To them "rejection" is a matter of looks and they have less confidence when it happens and stop hitting on girls

Great thread.

I agree, in some ways this is a discussion for the nerds, the guys who want to number crunch fucks from cold approach. That's cool, because we're all kind of nerdy.

Whether or not someone wants to quibble with the numbers, the overall proportions are realistic.

One thing I will say - I think it's funny when people hate about the fact that guys who are good with women, who approach girls they don't know, often fuck girls a little below their level in looks. They think it somehow means they're full of shit and aren't the real deal.

What they don't acknowledge is that most guys don't get laid on a regular basis with new girls of any level of physical attractiveness. To consistently fuck new girls who are close to your level, let alone equal to, or just above it, means you're better than most guys out there.

speaking of guys that have been dealing with rejection, depression, low self-esteem, or even "quit" trying to meet women--- i hope this post helps them.

i wish I read (or was told) the real deal on the numbers game.
I would have gone out MORE and not LESS.
I wouldn't have gotten down on myself.

I never would have spent $55,000 (YES 55,000$) on PUA stuff. (though it did help me somewhat)

By that definition, I'm advanced, but given my numbers this year (see my sig) this means I must be hitting on girls more than 3 points above me. I hit on 7s and above, and I don't think I am a 4 (Chris, and others, you've seen me..).

Maybe the "level" is your level of swag. Maybe if I have beginner swag, and am a 5-6, and hit on 7s and above, that's why I'm getting these results?

Girls generally find me stiff and dull, but (I think) decently looking.

I feel as though I'm intermediate swag and a 7, but that would mean 2%...

Damn, that's dope. I'm young and putting Social Skills/Style/Looks as a main priority.  I used to have low esteem in H.S cause of my video game addiction but, since I focused so much on social skills, ,my self esteem is definitely in check.

Daytime:
I approach 100 girls, 60 will stop, 40 will leave after I open (directly), of the remaining 20, 10 will leave within a couple of minutes. 10 will leave in 5 minutes. I ask all of the girls in the last category their numbers, of which 5 will give me their numbers, 2 will text back, and 1 will go on a date.

Night is similar

And yes, I generally always have good logistics.
