What's up fellas
I'm a 21 year old Caucasian. About 6'3, 195 pounds, in very good shape and am decent looking. I dress well and try to look as best as I can, but I have horrible success with women. I've only had sex with 2 different girls and each one time for a grand total of 2 times....I've become so frustrated I don't know what to do. I go out every weekend and have the same results. I never get laid and its taking it's toll on me. Sometimes I don't approach at all because I know I'll get slammed but tonight I approached 9 times and got rejected all 9 times. I kept lowering my standards after each approach until I decided to approach this overweight chick and even she turned me down. I feel so pathetic and sexually frustrated I don't know what to do anymore. Even average chicks turn me down when I myself am above average. I need help fellas. I feel like I'm on the path to wasting away my early 20s all because I am not having any sex. I feel like theres no point to even approaching because I can't slammed almost every time. I need help because I don't know what to do anymore. |

If you are approaching the hottest girls you are most likely gonna get shot down, almost any guy does even the best looking. Most hot girls go for a guy that has some sort of demonstrated high status. In the club scene this is probably gonna be either looks, social status, or financial status. This doesnt mean you shouldnt try, it is a numbers game after all. Guys that get laid the most take plenty of average and below average girls along with occassional hotties, they just wont admit it. I personally get laid way less than my friends, but when I do take a girl home it is usually one that I am really attracted to. I'm more about quality than quantity, but I should probably ease up my standards a bit. I am sure you are fine and will have plenty of success, especially considering you are only 21. Guys don't hit their prime until 25-35. Post a picture so we can see if you dont look weird or there is something that is throwing your game off.
Goals: Stay natural, be myself, and improve in areas which lead to success in life and with women. Focus on being proactive, positive minded, and defeating all forms of anxiety. Courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability to overcome it.

Start working out and putting on some muscle. 6'3 195 doesn't sound like you've got muscle. You're already blessed with great height and like you said you believe you're good looking. Build muscle and that will also help build your character and there you go.

How bad are your disk herniations? How did you get them? You can still do machine and cable work, not ideal but better that nothing and done right shouldn't compress your disks any further. Trump = Balls of Steel!!!

Its getting better but I can't do any sort of vigorous weight lifting. I've been rehabbing it for the last 3 months but I'm still having some problems. Most exercises compress your spinal area, especially sitting exercises or axial loading exercises (squats , overhead stuff). I do what I can though

I am only 195 at 6' 3". I'm on the slender side, but not skinny. Whether you look skinny or not at that height depends largely on your bone structure and frame size. If you have a very large frame, you will look very skinny at that height and weight, but if you have a small frame you might look quite buff. I have a medium frame and I think upnorth does too. I saw upnorths pic and he is built just like me, slender and muscular, not skinny. Plenty of women like that look more than the muscle bound look. Sure, alot of chicks like muscle bound dudes, but 195 is not a bad weight for 6' 3". There are some UFC fighters that hover near that height and weight. The two best in the world do
Jon Jones: 6' 4" 205lbs Anderson Silva: 6' 2" 185lbs Both of these guys rehydrate after weigh ins and gain another 10 lbs or so but the weights arent far off. You also have to take into account bodyfat percentage. Someone who is 195 with 20% bodyfat looks TOTALLY different than someone who is 195 with under 10% bodyfat. The guy with 20% bodyfat is probably gonna look skinny-fat at that height and weight, while the ripped guy is gonna look slender but shredded. Frame size make a big difference, but I think for ideal aesthetics at 6' 3" on a medium frame, anywhere from 195-215 is ideal. I have a friend who is 215 at 6' 3" with same frame as me who is very lean. The guy looks like an absolute monster, huge. Here is me at 6' 3.5" and 195lbs with I'm guessing around 10% bodyfat. If I could get to 205 and stay just as lean, I would look better, but as you can see 195 does not look bad. As long as you arent too skinny, I think bodyfat percentage makes a bigger difference on your looks than muscle size. Yes but did you get an MRI to show how bad the damage is? Do you get shooting leg pain (sciatica)? Depending how bad it is, you could get away with most standing exercises as long as you don't lift too heavy. Squats and deadlifts are DEFINITELY out of the picture for you though, do NOT do these under any circumstances!!! Trump = Balls of Steel!!!
