Low bodyfat will always look better but to be honest man you already look pretty solid. If it was me personally I'd drop another 5lbs but that's me - my goals are prob different to you. Right now I'm on a mission to see how low bodyfat I can comfortably get (basically an experiment while gyms here are all closed), so my advice will be biased towards that. Other people here may tell you to bulk.
What's your goal though? To get laid? On Tinder or in person? Or to look good for Instagram pics? Or just to feel like a sexy bitch when you look in the mirror? To feel good when taking your shirt off at the beach?
Whatever your goal is, that should dictate what you do. Do what will make you happiest.
So everyone has different opinions. Different goals. Looking at it i would lean bulk then cut come November. 5 months of lean bulking and if your not too far excess of 20 percent bf could bulk nov too then cut dec jan feb march. My opinion but depends on goals. If you want to be 10 percent bf keep cutting. If you went some size lean bulk i.e don't gain more than 1 pound of weight per week.
March goals 2020:
Break day game dry spell
Continue 20+ approaches a week (week 6 done now on week 7)
Daytime approaches (14/50)
All the above on hold till corona is over
