the low body fat ones with the big beard is me now.. im doing intermittent fasting it took me like 6 weeks to cut that much. Its very easy for me to lose weight so I don't want to get carried away... and end up looking scrawny like im on meth in a shirt

Low bodyfat will always look better but to be honest man you already look pretty solid. If it was me personally I'd drop another 5lbs but that's me - my goals are prob different to you. Right now I'm on a mission to see how low bodyfat I can comfortably get (basically an experiment while gyms here are all closed), so my advice will be biased towards that. Other people here may tell you to bulk.
What's your goal though? To get laid? On Tinder or in person? Or to look good for Instagram pics? Or just to feel like a sexy bitch when you look in the mirror? To feel good when taking your shirt off at the beach? Whatever your goal is, that should dictate what you do. Do what will make you happiest. -Andy Andy / 32yo / Australia

I think that the Instagram/tinder and get laid goals are all one and the same--- what works for one is the best for the others...
honestly continuing to lose weight is the easiest for me, I just eat meat fruit veggies and rice and fast for 16 hours eat for 8. quite simple tbh the only problem I think comes with looking tougher to other men. When im very light weight other men are less respectful toward me to some extent.

So everyone has different opinions. Different goals. Looking at it i would lean bulk then cut come November. 5 months of lean bulking and if your not too far excess of 20 percent bf could bulk nov too then cut dec jan feb march. My opinion but depends on goals. If you want to be 10 percent bf keep cutting. If you went some size lean bulk i.e don't gain more than 1 pound of weight per week.

yeah im debating it but im tempted to get down to around 10 % before I start the lean bulk.
I think the main things I need to worry about as I continue to drop fat are the traps/neck area. those are the areas that tend to look overly drawn out at a low percentage of bodyfat.

6 years later and it sounds like you still have the same debilitating self-image and self-esteem problems. My advice to you would be to pay Andy (killtheinnerloser) and get help from him personally. He's not going to charge you thousands of dollars, so I would take advantage of that, unless you want to spend another 6 years fumbling around with this bullshit. As a side-note, Andy and Bad Idea Bear have effectively eliminated all the faggots from this forum over the last few years, so it's only serious action-takers now, so you're in the right place. No more countless threads of guys talking about how they need surgery and shit. Most guys won't even remember that, but this forum was a goddamn nightmare when I first joined. BIB might remember. I think we're the oldest members on here if I'm not mistaken.
