1) This is obviously staged (sure, that elaborate a prank just to humiliate one random girl)

2) Lots of single women lie about not having a boyfriend in the first place, to reject the guy hitting on them in a friendly manner

What you want to prove with this video? She doesn't have a boyfriend. Because we're all used to being alone on our computers, in our books, on our phones (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), when somebody approaches us to socialize with us and we're already instinctively going for one of those 'antisocial' things, we'll reject that person, because emotionally, we feel like they're bothering/annoying us. It just so happens it's easy for a girl to use the boyfriend excuse - it makes sense and it's expected and nobody gets hurt and she doesn't have to pretend to be nice nor look like a jerk and hurt the guy's feelings.

Realize the problem is that we're doing too many antisocial activities, that are ego-focused and that causes us to not want to socialize. We feel like socializing is a burden. I know, I used to do it all the time. I'm addicted to technology and social media. I still get the feeling of "being annoyed", but I realize it's just a learned reaction due to me always busying myself with something and because we're all used to being harassed by people trying to sell us something. This is a reaction that we have to learn to stop doing.
