The one thing I see that you didn't explain yourself doing here was moving the chick around/away from the friends. Once she knew what's up and was showing you that nice little warmth- you could have bounced her and ramped it up hot and heavy- potentially fucked her then and there. Possibilities are endless once you get a chick alone. That way once you go back and start gaming her friend, deal is sealed so fuck it, nothing to lose.

Short answer: To ramp up that aggression faster and have the chick be receptive give her that space FROM HER FRIENDS. They're holding her back in most cases. So long as they're around she's got shit bouncing around in her head that only serve as obstacles.
