TOPIC: Is being a minority really as bad as some of the other shortcomings?

I have read a few posts by you such as the college post and the post about losing your virginity and you always seem to point at the fact that being a minority is a disadvantage compared to being a white guy. In your college post you seemed to imply that in the social hierarchy for most universities, only good looking minorities get to be in the top 20% of guys that get laid a lot. Then when I read your post about losing your virginity, you also mentioned being a minority along with being bald, short, broke, or lower social status as being things that hold guys back.

Now I am not calling you a racist by any means, especially since you are half asian yourself and I admire that you are straightforward but I do want to know more about this. In our politically correct society we never talk about being a minority as a disadvantage in anything like we do in terms of being short, bald, or lower social status but then I am reminded of what I see on a daily basis. '

Perfume commercials in magazines and at malls, blockbuster movies, and guys that girls regard as handsome are usually white or in some cases black. Then I also notice that I see a lot more interracial couples which involve attractive women of minority groups with white guys than attractive white women with minorities, online dating studies have confirmed this. I even see attractive white women with bald, short, and even broke white guys which makes me think maybe being a guy that isn't white could be a disadvantage unless you're black because some hot girls do dig black guys.

So I wanted to know from what you have seen and observed, is being a minority really that big of a shortcoming compared to being short, bald, and/or lower social status?

Also I would like to hear from users here of minority groups, it seems like only black users here share their experiences (which I have read a lot throughout the web) while users of other minority groups usually opt out or never share them at all. From what I would assume, it seems like black guys are the only minority group that has it easy in the game while other minority groups seem to have it rough.

I don't have any experience with game but I am white and know quite a bit about white girls since i've been around them my whole life. The sad reality is, even in this day and age, some white girls will not touch any minorities because they are racists. That being said i have met some white girls that claim they only hook-up with guys of a certain minority race lol. It really depends on what race you are and what race you are trying to attract. For example, statistics show that black women are more likely to be involved with other blacks or Hispanics than white men.

I don't know if I would say game is easy for black guys. I have actually heard black guys on this forum complain about this not being true. Like I said I have no experience with game and am not black though.

There are guys of all different races that get hot girls man. You just have to be the best you can be (I know this sounds kinda lame). If you are in shape, good looking, have style, social status and/or money I think many girls will look right past whatever race you are. You're probably better off being a good looking minority than an ugly white dude.

While i can't speak on other races, I as a black guy haven't really ever had trouble hooking up with white chicks. Even though some of the may not "fuck black guys" now granted I live in Texas...However with that being said I am not your "typical black guy" due to the way i carry myself, dress, talk, my level of coolness(rock star swag) and being considered handsome I now comes across as having status. Not just "another black guy"

Now when it comes to black guys dating girls outside of their race "perceived status" what sets them apart. Specifically here in Texas those lines seem to be drawn but can be dissipated. A black guy who has what i described in the first paragraph can be the black guy that fuck others girls from other races, and classes. Just to name a few example. When i was in high school, I had hot cheerleaders and drill team chicks who would have considered fucking me, but my Killer instinct was low.

In College @ Texas Tech....Very conservative geographically(West Texas) and even more so in the Greek World. However due to my "perceived status" I had opportunities with hot sorority girls. I'm talking hot white sorority girls, some from Dallas, Houston, or Austin, but even other ones from places like Abilene and Midland(conservative cities in west Texas)

I know this to be true in my own life, but also in the lives of other black guys i see walking out the city with attractive white girls.

Another example of this in my life would be from my first FWB who i met a couple of years back, her dad is wealthy and doesn't particularly like black people et she still likes me and was my fuck buddy....

Interestingly enough this Same FWB who i hadn't seen in a year i randomly ran into this recent Thursday and we ended fucking some swingers...I'll be posting and linking the Lay report shortly. The guy's girlfriend/wife was easily an 7.5/8 and a squirter with fake tits. They happened to be from New jersey and we're both white.

Of course you have the white chicks who only date your thug types but this is less common, and these white girls are usually of a different type themselves as well, though not always.

So for overall success as a minority just build up status and ingrain, style, edge and looks to turn the odds in your favor. Granted geography is important as well. Some places are more open then others. But if i can do it in Texas, imagine how much better it will be when I am in other locations like California or some where else I want to be when traveling.

As for on line dating all i have is a 2 selfies and one picture of me posted with some dancers. So my perceived image and status may not be that high for dating outside of my race. However I do have this attractive mixed girl who messaged me and wants to start skyping. Pretty sure once we start skyping I am going to end up fucking her. I don't know how it's all going to work out, but i have a feeling that it will.

In real life perceived status is important but even more so with on-line dating because your pictures create an image, which is why I am planning on getting some professional quality pictures, Once this happen my ratio will improve based on what I've observed from other guys around here who incorporated this into their profiles.

Granted i've only banged white chicks and black chicks and have had an opportunity or two with the Mexican senoritas. However I am sure I will eventually start hooking up with Asian chicks and woman of all races the more and more i keep improving. Perception is key and once you start living if and anticipating the success, that's when you get it.

Fernando19 I see what you're asking. This is where the whole screening comes into play, finding girls that like guys like yourself.

I am minority too, but didn't really notice those things you pointed. It helps when you look good and are in shape. There is an abundance of women out there, the "trick" is finding the ones that like you and you'll start noticing them everywhere.

The progress will keep your mind away from the girls that don't like you. Basically reverse engineer yourself, you don't find a lot of girls attractive and you most likely ignore them when you see them, but your mind doesn't realize this and focuses on the girls you want that are ignoring you lol (if that makes sense).

So adding more self-awareness could help identify the tons of girls that already like you by the first glance. Just like how you like some girls the moment you see them.

I applaud black users for actually sharing their experiences in the game and as I have noted, it seems like of all the minority groups, black guys get a pass from white girls in the USA if they break the stereotype. There just seems to be this powerful niche for black guys when it comes to getting attractive white girls. White girls in privileged areas will want a black guy to either piss off their parents or just to try it out for the size stereotype and I don't think any other minority group benefits from this. Now granted I do see some latinos with white women in Texas, it is usually in the poor and lower class areas and most of the times the girls are nothing to brag about.

With that being the case, I am interested in hearing the stories of guys from other minority groups to see how their experiences have been yet it seems like they never want to share their experiences, like I mean come, speak up guys. I would love to hear from latino, asian, and arab members of this site to see what they have to say because I have read a lot of stories from black guys and would just like to hear it from the perspective of guys from other minority groups.

Here's my point of view:

Yes, being a minority means you might have to work harder than a white guy (all things being equal).

But, if you do max our your looks, social status / swag factor, social freedom, and style, you'll do fine. It's easy to focus on all the "no's" you're getting, but all that really matters are the "yes's". I tended to do well as an Asian guy when the following circumstances were in play:

- dressed stylish as fuck (i.e. suit)
- no anxiety (not saying I have no AA...but I'll admit alcohol does help haha) when approaching the girls
- I'm decent looking and work out (not saying my body is perfect, but it's still slightly better than an average guy)
- the women I'm approaching are either into asian guys OR or open to hooking up with / dating asian men (I don't know how to explain this...after talking to a girl or even approaching her...sometimes I just get that feeling)

Let me stress, I really think logistics and your demographics will help maximize your chances of hooking up / dating outside your race. It's necessary to max out your looks, social freedom, swag factor / status, but I've also noticed the importance of targeting certain types of women that you'll probably click more with. For example, I can network and meet hot young professional women all day but I'll have to do a bit more work if I'm trying to meet a surfer chick because we naturally have less in common.

Focusing too much on your race and all the perceived disadvantages you might have really does nothing for you...in fact, it makes you feel more like shit (which gives bad vibes when you're meeting people / women).

Anyways, just my two cents. I think just focusing on what you can control + maxing out what you have + meeting women you're more likely to click with will maximize your chances.

I don't personally agree with the whole only going after women who are open to or have a thing for your race, it's like I feel that you aren't really pushing yourself. In my own experience, white girls (at least) who have a thing for other races are usually in some ways weird like anime fans who have a thing for asian men. What I think guys should be focusing on to push themselves is to get the hottest women out there. For minorities, it should be getting the women who normally wouldn't go for their race because lets face it, most hot white girls aren't really open to going interracial so you need to make yourself a better product to change their minds (looks, killer instinct, etc.).

It is always white american girls that have this strict preference and care a lot about race, you aren't the only one that feels this way. Like I feel that I can easily get some blonde from Sweden but struggle to get the typical American blonde that was raised in the suburbs. Is there really a way to do well with white american girls who look good but aren't really open to going for minorities? I notice a large number of them are just not open to going interracial unless it is with a black guy and they can keep it on the down low.
