hey guys,
I read a book recently called the tao of badass by Joshua pellicer and he says in his experience its better to be friendly and laid back with girls to get the best results than it is to look cool and tough. What do you think? I'm more of a friendly guy anyway so this would work better for me I think.

I don't know if others can sense this but to me it's really obvious when someone is not being themselves. Embrace who you are dude and you'll get the same success as if you had a 'cool and tough' personality.

If you look cool and tough and act friendly and laid back, your friendliness is given more value. It's fine to be nice, but it should be coming from a place of value and strength. If you look cool and you open a door for someone, you look even cooler. But if you look like a loser and open a door for someone, you just look like a bigger loser.

People appreciate your kindness even more if you have value.

I think it really depends on your personality type. I personally look intimidating and dress a bit edgy but I'm very friendly and polite when I talk to everyone. That doesn't mean you shouldn't be aggressive with women though. You can be nice to a girl and still grab her ass while you two are talking.
