I'd say I'm currently at between norwood 2 and 3. I've always had fine hair since I was young, so that probably doesn't help. On my mom's side most men go bald, however my dad didn't lose much (age 50) and still had his hair after several rounds of chemo. I haven't started Minoxidil yet but was considering trying the foam once a day... two times just wouldn't be practical for me. Was looking into RU but I still have to look more into it, probably overkill seeing I'm not using steroids. Any other suggestions?
Current protocol: - 1mg Finasteride (6 months) - Nizoral 1% daily (1 month) (will probably cut this down to every other day and use biotin/collagen shampoo on the off days... daily nizoral hasn't bothered me so far, have very oily hair/scalp) - iRestore every other day (2 months) (may upgrade this as it has low number of lasers) - Stinging Nettle, Multi-Vitamin, B Complex, D3, K2, Collagen |

My theory is make enough $ to go to Turkey and get a hair transplant for a few K. I'll report back in 2 or 3 years once I actually do it. 24 Years Old

I could afford it now but I'm not so sure it's the best idea at 29, from what I've heard. My hair is pretty fine, my coverage on top is still decent though and thick in the back. Hairline is definitely the worst of it but heard transplant could make ne lose hair faster.

My theory on that is that your skin and hair went in to overdrive and you didn't exfoliate your skin to compensate. I also experienced biotin breakouts years ago, but now I use a better brand and exfoliate every other day and my skin is great Biotin with coconut oil amzn.to/2WmUXfL Glycolic acid exfoliating wash -- circular motion for 4 minutes then wash. it breaks down proteins amzn.to/2BNfiBE Do chemical exfoliants not physical. The overusing scrubby shit causes irritation PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
