Hey Guys,
So some of you may have remembered my other thread www.goodlookingloser.com/forums/hair-los...r-diep-and-dr-behnam

Well I just had my third procedure, second one with Dr. Diep, I was able to get 1,300 grafts for some crown coverage and midscalp coverage, in total I have had around 5,300 grafts. I will be documenting my journey on YouTube if you guys want to check it out. I will be updating this thread also. I have posted my two week update. I really focused on the donor area in the video, because I just want to highlight how difficult it is to tell anything has been done already at two weeks, sure the donor looks a bit thinner that is to be expected after surgery, in the coming months I will continue to show you the donor which from experience will continue to improve. The transplanted hair will take some months to begin to grow, I don't expect seeing any significant growth until sometime in February.

If you guys have any suggestions/constructive criticisms let me know.

It looks like you have less hair now than the pictures in your old thread. Why is that?

It's because the doctor had to shave the middle of my head and my crown in order to place the new grafts, so now it looks like I have two big bald spots, I should have just shaved my head to make it all look even, but because of my work I can't really do that. So for now i'm just going to have to comb it over and apply toppik.

gr8 results man i hope u achieve ur goals in getting a full head of hair like u said in ur first thread cuz u were my inspiration to go in the same path as u
going for my first surgery in next September and i already planned to use my body hair on my temple area and use my doner in the front hair line
i an norwood 2.5 heading toward 3 with a diffused crown
i tried minox the rogaine oil it worked for me but after six months it killed my scalp and gave me a nasty dandruff like there is a whole layer of dead skin in my head so I stopped it and now i am in the stopping minox shed
i am thinking on starting fin but its fifty fifty chance so i dont know what to do

Is Dr. Diep one of the best doctors around to do FUE? I am concerned about the uneven growth of my new hair like some spots will have more hair than other. What's your take on this?

I think Dr. Diep is probably one of the best FUE doctors, there are a lot of good FUE doctors in Europe though. How many months post op are you? I think growth in certain areas takes longer, for example the crown takes longer than the hairline to grow. I made a video recently on this just about being patient for growth to fully mature

Here's my 3.5 month update, as you can see the hair is starting to grow, it still hasn't made a significant impact on my day to day appearance but when I compare it to month two its certainly better.

Your transplant sucks. I can see the scalp through it. I suggest you do something with it cuz it looks like youre thinning and makes you look feminine beta. In months to come you'll lose more and more hair. Youre wasting all that money on transplants just for chicks. Not worth it.

I'm a week shy of 5 months, I'm seeing some steady growth, compared to two months ago the changes are pretty clear, of course with HT's it's a marathon not a race, but everything's on track.

Here is my 6 month update, it continues to get better each month, now with a bit of toppik it looks perfect, I'm at a point where im completely satisfied with my hair.
