I am in my late 30s and my hair has been thinning. For a while it didn’t bother me, but once I went into NW3 range, I started Chris’ hair loss protocol and things are great….altough the lifetime commitment can be annoying at times, the idea of further hairloss and being completely bald within a few years is too much, so I am more than happy to put in the time to avoid (or greatly slow down) that process.
My question, why don’t all men (assuming they are not flat broke and can afford it) do something about their thinning hair once it starts to become a problem? Is it ego? Denial? Thinking they have time to sort it out? We make such a big deal about having hair on our heads in our society and I can really see how bald/balding can be a real confidence destroyer for men. I see acquatiances on FB with 5+ years of photos. The early photos you can see some thinning, so the guys just gel and spike up their hair…as the years go by, they use other tricks like hats or growing out their hair a bit…a few years later, things get really rough and then they go for a close cut look…then it gets to the point of no return and the just go 100% shaved. Why didn’t they just get on a program in the early days? 4/1/13: Body Stats- 5'11", 190 lbs., mesomorph, muscular body, no abs (20% BF), doing GLL Fat Loss Diet
4/1/14: 183 lbs., 15.0% BF, need to add more cardio Goal: 10% BF, 170 - 175 lbs. and a physique similar to Vin Armani (Google Him). |

As you said
Money - Even if your arent completely broke (Especially if you have a family) spending like £60 on fin for 3 months as well as minox (£25 a month) is fairly costly to the average person living paycheck to paycheck. Some people dont know whats available (Can easily search it but they might not know anything exists) Side affects , For me (I have receding hairline) this is the biggest reason why i dont want to do anything about it , Fin has some bad sides , Minox can age you and if you stop using it sheds hair. Few other reasons im sure. And for those who are young (Im 19 and receding) thats a lifetime commitment , Though i will be starting something / Speaking to my doctor about it to try get something sorted (Im not sure what to go on , Probably fin + using a shampoo) |

It's attrition over time. To prevent losing further you have to have a perfect regimen. Every time you slip up or take time off from your regimen (vacation, finances, get sick of it) you lose a little more that you won't get back.
Over time you realize that focusing on hair that much is a bad way to spend mental energy and you just start giving up on it. Like all things age-related, time will always win. You have to pick your battles, and over a lifetime there will be many many more important things than hair. PUSSY: a renewable, local, natural resource.

I think it's because most men think they can "regrow" hair later and have no idea what is causing it (DHT). It's complete ignorance, as usual. Please no Private Messages. Post thread on with the word "Chris" or "GLL" in it if you absolutely need to get my input. Thank you for your understanding.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
