I'll have to do a post toward the end of the month (with bloodwork) but for the past 9 days, I've been taking progesterone (not synthetic -- you can buy it on amazon) and my libido is unreal. Not even Kratom can hold it down. I honestly haven't felt this way since my first run of dbol in ~2005 when I literally had to get off 5-6 times a day (it's not quite that strong though).
I'll talk about why im taking it (potential hair regrowth?) and what I'm trying to do.
My doctor is actually supervising and ill have numbers for you.
For the past few days, I think I bumped it up too high and ive been really tired and foggy. My doctor said I couldn't overdo it, but I think I did.
Don't do running out and buying it, I don't know if it's really going to be effective, but my libido is absolutely nuts (this probably wont sustain though)
>>progesterone (generally considered a 'girl hormone' isn't that well understood in relation to hair loss, but Danny believes it is key to ACTUALLY reversing it) It competes with DHT for the 5-ar (so it basically helps keep DHT off your follicles, similar to RU58841). Again, this is my first little discussion on this and I have no conclusions for you)
Please no Private Messages. Post thread on with the word "Chris" or "GLL" in it if you absolutely need to get my input. Thank you for your understanding.
This is interesting, and something I would have never thought about. Are you using a cream or pill?
google researched progesterone for MPB and found this from a website (they recommended the cream verson)
" Transdermal Progesterone replacement, due to its multiple mechanisms, may be one of the most health promoting hormone modulating treatments to date, particularly for men over 35. Unlike finasteride, (Propecia), and Avodart, which while reducing DHT, can aggravate estrogen dominance, Progesterone can counter DHT while increasing libido and reducing bodyfat, which are well documented problematic side effects with Propecia and Avodart The fact that transdermal Progesterone replacement addresses both Estrogen Dominance and DHT likely makes it a useful adjunct for anyone with MPB, especially middle aged males. Transdermal Progesterone Replacement has NO feminizing effects in men whatsoever, and would be better described as de-feminizing. One could theoretically use Progesterone cream in conjunction with Propecia/Avodart to further reduce DHT and potentially reduce side effects, however there are no published data by which to evaluate this interaction."

If Chris is taking the "Life-Flo" brand of "ProgestaCare for Men" ( transdermal cream ) sold at Amazon the instructions say to limit daily use to no more than 25 days, then take 5 days off.
I used ProgestaCare for about 6 months. I was pleased with the results but it didn't improve libido. I've had insomnia and chronic fatigue for a long time though.
I did notice dramatic improvement in muscle recovery.
In the past few years I noticed that taking strenuous hikes over more than 8 miles with climbing were getting to be much harder than in the past. I would get sore all over the next day and we feel incredibly stiff. It was a bummer because I absolutely love hiking but I was started to have a hard time keeping up with other younger people.
This ProgestaCare made all the difference. Instead of needing several days in a row to gradually build up to a more strenuous level hike I could start out the first day hiking all I wanted without getting stiff and sore the next day.
ProgestaCare Ingredient List:
The all natural progesterone cream ingredients in ProgestaCare are listed below in order of potency.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
