@Wood:
What's the evidence that aluminum based antiperspirants are bad for you? If there's compelling research I might stop using them, but I haven't been able to find any quality studies Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!
So long, and thanks for all the fish! |

It's hard to actually test anything longterm with cancer (very genetic) especially aluminum which is everywhere The concern is based around possible estrogen, breast cancer, alzheimers risk. What I know is that metals accumulate and you won't find aluminum supplement pills on amazon to ingest, but you will see silica pills to counteract aluminum toxicity. So that tells me I can make a small effort to keep this shit out of my system, but not obsess over it For me i just use aluminum deo when I need it (gym, going out, work) and use natural shit around the house/casual errands when I don't plan on sweating. I've heard you have to reapply natural stuff like 3x a day but I don't trust it in public for active shit yet Aluminum just fucking works, but I don't need to stay covered in it 247 like i used to be (especially to bed). PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

I, too, have tried most of what @Wood has tried.
I sweat like a pig. Literally drenched after every gym sesh. I cannot use anything without aluminum reliably. I think Arm and Hammer or Every Man Jack is the best bet, but again, doesn't last all day. I trim my armpits (don't know how you guys shave em cause that shit itches lmao!) Sounds like a massive need in the market. I'm sure all these big companies are spending lots of $ on trying a solution, but nothing good out yet. There's a business idea right there. Cut their red tape bullshit out and make a product that actually works without aluminum. Easier said than done but might be worth pursuing for someone, especially in the self improvement niche. 24 Years Old

Yeah after testing a few more i can now arm & hammer fresh is confirmed as the best with art of sport as second.
Trimming the hair, exfoliating with a scrub every once in awhile and reapplying before gym actually works. I'm done searching. I'll only use aluminum when i'm working all day and cant reapply or in a dress shirt where pit sweat is a killer PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

Here is a natural deodorant i just bought. Natural, not antiperspirant so it doesn't block your sweat glands which is supposed to be harmful

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
