Yeah work your way up by starting with moisturizer first for a month. Always sunscreen 50+ when on retinol or your skin will go in opposite direction. I cycle off if I know I'm going in the sun for awhile and get more consistent in winter. Morning glycolic acid helps remove the extra skin retinol produces

Same thing as retinol but much stronger as it is prescription. I've used retin-a and tazorac. If you have benefits (it isn't hella expensive) start with .025 and work your way up. If you are paying $$$ per tube get the stronger one and dilute with moisturizer. I use strongest red one .1% and don't peel as I've gotten used to it. I cycle off in summer or when I know I'm gonna be in sun a lot

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
