Change your sheets twice per week, make sure to go to bed clean=showered.
Don't touch your face with dirty hands(u know that, but try making sure u don't touch it while being outside).
Don't eat candies, quit smoking if u are a smoker.

Also the main tip, which really helped me a lot. Get your life together to reduce overall stress to minimum. A lot of skin problems are hormonal, and hormones are vulnerable to being stressed.

Accutane if nothing else. I'm on round 2 of Accutane since I didn't finish the first round. My skin is pretty good now but I just wanted a longer lasting solution. It's not perminant but it makes your skin glow for a few years with no breakouts
