@WoodisGood: I just use iodine because I don't use iodinized salt so I figured it's important to get extra. I've read that iodine deficiency is common. With regards to the calcium intake, I don't use milk products so my calcium intake is lacking. It would be interesting to get bloodwork done to determine the actual levels in my body. I just realized I do use a pre-workout and that is dbol
Yeah I would definitely go off of iodine for 2 weeks, get blood tested and see if it's an actual deficiency. I remember you use to deal with acne like myself so avoiding iodine is one of the first fixes I've heard from doctors and dermatologists.
You will be surprised how much calcium you get from real food, especially if you drink almond milk. I'm allergic to almonds so I would supplement with calcium thinking I needed to since I don't do dairy or almonds until I talked to a few passionate bio-hacking doctors and got it actually tested. No deficiency. I take vitamin d so the calcium I get from regular diet is more efficient
In fact in Finland iodine deficiency is extremely common due to the barren soil. I don't care about acne anymore since I'm not approaching chicks plus I didn't notice any difference from when I wasn't taking the supp in question. If I actually wanted to get rid of my acne I would stop doing steroids and get on Accutane with a no-carb diet problem solved. But it's not my goal. My calcium levels were in range before I started supplementing with it, but I've calculated the values myself and I'm not getting enough calcium from food. Especially with bodybuilding you have to remember you need to be taking 2x the recommended amounts because of the added strain on the muscles.
Interesante. Damn I didn't even know you were in Finland. Euro swag.
Also, didn't know you were on roids. Yeah my knowledge of roid diets is pretty much nada haha. The extent of my roid experience is taking some of a friend's ostarine while international traveling to minimize muscle losses (2 workouts in 2 weeks and pretty much no losses = success). I feel like I damn near hit a ceiling for my aesthetic goals on eggs and vegan protein so taking roids is completely overkill for me.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
