I have read alot about the different approaches and exercising routines dudes are using for penis enlargement. I have been doing my routine for 15 weeks. Here is what I am doing:
First 2 weeks was all manual exercising and streching. Very close to the beginniner routine here. After 2 weeks I noticed better firmer erections and decided their was something to this.
I decided to invest in a penis extender and ordered a very similar version of the Size Genetics with the comfort strap.A few days later it arrived and I immediately added it to my routine. Half way into week 3 my routine included the manual exercises in the morning. When I got to work (I have a sit down job) I would install the extender in a bathroom stall at work. I wore it for about 2 hours in the morning and another 3 hours in the afternoon. I go home for lunch so I also incorporate some jelqing (OK sign - index finger to thumb) between extender time. I did this routine for 2 more weeks. It might help to add that my routine has been 5 days on, 2 days off since week one.
Starting the fifth week I added the bathmate into my routine. From the fifth week on my routine has been morning streching and jelqing to get an 80% erection (penis pointing toward the wall). I place the Bathmate on and shower (about 12 minutes).The extender is worn at work for an average of 8 hours a day with a 10 minute Bathmate session at home in between the 8 hour extender session. This has been my routine for the last 10 weeks.
My results are:
Before I started any PE I was 6" bone press erect length and 5" erect girth.
At present I am 6.5" bone press erect length and 5.25" erect girth.
At the start of the Bathmate routine I measured 150mm in the tube.
At present use of the Bathmate I measure 170mm in the tube.
5.5" girth (middle of shaft) right after I come out of the tube.
Note: I was very consistent and am still very consistent with the way I use the Bathmate to get my measurements. I always enter the Bathmate with an erection that points straight out (towards wall). I always pump the bathmate to the point where no more water will expel out of it (this does not mean that there will not be water in the bathmate). I am consistent in my time of 12 minutes.
In short these devices and exercises work. I was skeptical when I first started, but don't let anyone tell you that you are stuck with a short or average size unit.
Only potential negative I can see at this point is my penis has become darker in color. I have started using cocoa butter, vitamin E and aloe cream on my unit at night. This seems to have lightened it some.
