yeah i haven't heard of any reason trans dermal is necessary, dhea in a tablet is proven to greatly increase serum dhea in your body. now i don't know if i'll benefit because i dont really have a reason to be deficient but who knows and maybe excess helps too. also an interestingapplication is to take it with powerful stimulants to combat the adrenal fatigue.
Could I get some kind of summary, not sure how much to supplement for maximum benefits =)
I have zinc,d-vitamin and omega 3 at home, how much of these?
Thanks in advance!
For zinc and D-vitamin here are my recommendations:
10-15,000 IU of D3 every day, preferably with K2 added to it. Take with meals.
50-60 mg elemental zinc per day. You'll have to check what binder you have and how much elemental zinc it corresponds to. And go for the zinc picolinate or zinc monomethionine variations as they are the most bioavailable. With these variations you can take 100-150 mg per day. Do not take with calcium rich foods. If copper is added to it that's a bonus, as high zinc intakes can deplete your copper storages.
So overall what are the best supplements to take everyday and what are the benefits of each? I hope you don't mind a quick write up.
everything is indexed on the first page of this thread, that would be
and it's looking like dhea could be added to that list in the future.
if you wanna know anything specific just ask.
I took DHEA for awhile. I didn't notice that it did much, to be honest. The stuff I used might have been low quality, or my dosage insufficient (don't remember now what it was). I can say for sure is that the stuff I had wasn't worth it.
On the plus side, I wasn't allergic to it - I've found I'm allergic to a substantial number of herbal supplements. My most common allergic reaction to a lot of herbal supplements is throat swelling to the point where I have some difficulty in swallowing.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
