as far as Vitamin D-3 I did a topic on it a few months back raving about how it turned me into a more sexually aggressive person and my luck with the females increased either because of it or as a placebo effect. My only issue was that I started having severe pain. My plantar fasciitis flared up even though I had stopped running around this time because of school and I was running 3-4x a week before that with no problems. So I stopped the D-3 but I've read that supplementing with K-2 (the vitamin not drug) along with calcium and magnesium can help with this issue.
Great thread by the way keep up the good work. I take Zinc, Magnesium, B6 before bed and definitely notice an increase in the quality of my sleep and some really vivid dreams. formerly known as protoman

what do the "vivid dreams" that are attributed to zinc actually represent? Even before I started taking zinc I could hardly ever remember my dreams, and this hasn't changed after taking it. In other aspects, after taking zinc i feel(not sure if training or the zinc) my chest has started to fill out better than it used to and my erections are harder and longer. I also get hard at random times, which I'm taking to be a good sign. But i can never seem to get the vivid or crazy dreams everyone talks about, i normally take zinc, magnesium and b6 before bed.

dont worry about the dreams, not all of us get them, i rarely dream anything significant and if i do it's probably a nightmare, zinc doesn't do anything for me as far as dreams and i dont think it does anything in other people that aren't prone to dreams, what it does do is make me feel like i got more sleep in less time, for some people a side effect of that is crazy dreams, for me it isn't and as for your positive results zinc is likely a part of that tho the working out is def the most important. been another week on the zinc not too much to report i think it definitely improves sleep and while i haven't noticed a huge change in loads i think it's significantly improved with the zinc, boners and whatnot are great as always.
yesterday i switched to 150mg a day(50mg 3 times a day) of zinc gluconate, this will be 20mg elemental zinc per day. thats all for this update. Index of my legal supplement experiments

actually holy fawking shit scratch that not too much to report part, just got back from trying to take a shower i essentially had a boner the entire time and fapped something like 15 times, srs not exaggerating it was nuts. the only reason i'm here and not still in the shower is because i stayed away from my unit long enough for it to finally go back to sleep. no loosing energy or sensitivity after orgasm i just felt like continuing, by the time i was half way through my pc muscle was completely destroyed and could like not even flex, no chance of shooting cum at that point lmao and when i got out of the shower the mirror was covered in steam/fog, that was from a cool/room temp shower not a hot one. i couldn't believe it haha i walked out feeling like a bad ass beast haha and get this i had already fapped 2 times earlier today(in 1 go before writing today's update) now i just gotta replicate that with a chick and she'll be mind blown like i was. it's funny this sounds like a lame corny ass sales pitch except i'm not selling anything, crazy experience tho man and excuse the graphic details

Funny how our (actually it's Protoman's and mine) experience mirror as I also had problems with Vitamin D3, actually I'm not very fond of it anymore and would recommend everyone to get his D3 level measured before thinking about supplementing it. I got a tinnitus from Vitamin D3 (5000 i.U per day) which can be eased by supplementing Magnesium but nevertheless some awful shit for a supplement. My doc recommended taking Magnesium and Zinc as I seem to be deficient in these two: Also noticed quite similiar things: Higher libido etc. but also much better skin. However, it's extremely important to get a good quality zinc supplement as 90% are fuckin shit (low dose and low bioavailability). I personally take 150mg of Zinc Picolinate from the pharmacy recommended by my doc which equals to 30mg of elemental zinc. |

oh yeah i forgot to mention it's been good for my skin, it's hard for me to get acne now. interesting about the problems you've had, looks like it's important to keep balance here and not just go taking 10k iu of vitamin d and nothing else. and yes i'm aware that most zinc is shit, i have to take 150mg of mine to get 20mg elemental btw my strategy when it comes to balance and overdosing on these things is just to not be super consistent, every week or so there is probably at least 1 day where i take nothing and imo taking a couple weeks off from supplementing after months of taking it consistently is a good idea. alright so originally i was going to keep testing out higher doses of of zinc but i'm actually running out quickly so rather then taking a retarded amount i'm gonna try something different, i'll set my zinc dose back down to a minimal 75mg and i'm going to do a more complete mineral supplementation for a couple weeks, zinc, magnesium and selenium i'll get calcium as well but i didn't bother buying a supplement for that i'll just chug a half litre of milk or w/e so we'll see how this goes.
ps the clearing of the skin from zinc was pleasantly surprising, i cant believe i had considered accutane when 2 dollars of zinc could clear up 80% of my small but annoying acne, anyone with a single pimple should take zinc imo even if it wont be your main course of action. alright i've settled on dosages as follows, 75mg zinc gluconate, 500mg magnesium oxide, 200mcg selenium and 600mg calcium(from half a litre of milk) so we'll see how it goes btw selenium smells like dog shit.
