i'm currently using triazole, 3 caps per day. nothing amazing to report so far but do feel decently strong in the gym, though i realise that could easily be completely unrelated to the triazole. no libido spike or anything like the guys at bodybuilding.com forums report
triazole is by a quite infamous supplement maker, i forget his name but i believe he brought superdrol to the market, made a supplement containing dmz(a poison that causes rapid fat loss) and his most recent creation is called craze which was spiked with amphetamines(and worked very well from what i heard, i got a couple of what i believe are the original tubs in a box to try out haha) he made triazole and activate extreme, there was allegedly one guy using activate extreme that got his test levels well over 1,000(blood work) however since then both of those test boosters have been "reformulated" multiple times. basically to me this guy finds not so legal ingredients that work very effectively and puts them off label in his first batches and then after that once shit starts getting crazy he backs off and takes out the good stuff, so in short triazole is probably no better than any other generic test booster now, i'd just buy some ingredients separately and see if you like them, ps horny goat weed, maca and a good tribulus extract log coming soon.
Triazole - as predicted by a couple people here, was pretty much useless.
woops looks like i missed this before writing that long ass reply haha. thats unfortunate about the triazole man, anyway with d3 i pretty much settled on 3-5k a day, basically i was taking the 5000 iu caps most days of the week not worrying about missing a day here and there so averaging probably 4000 a day of supplement intake and thats what i'd recommend(i know you already know d3 dosing).
edit my zinc dosage isn't exactly megadosing, i'll go into these things soon.

haha cool, it was clear there was some strong shit in there from the get go with what everyone said about it, kinda facepalmed when people were pissed/panicked about the ETH or w/e was found in it like bro seriously? you want drug like effects and you buy this because of that but somehow you want it to come from magical unicorn shit that isn't a powerful stimulant and now you're devastated that it actually does contain a powerful stimulant? mmk

zinc 75mg nothing to report so far tho i have a suspicion that it makes me fall asleep faster and possibly sleep deeper.
my take on zinc
zinc is important for sperm and orgasms at least in uncontrolled observations and you need enough zinc to keep optimal testosterone levels and believe it or not it lightly improves skin reducing acne. zinc is easily lost when sweating and supposedly blowing a load contains a very significant amount of zinc as well technically this could mean getting plenty of zinc = plenty of big loads without testosterone suffering and possibly seeing an increase in skin health, sounds pretty good furthermore the only food high in zinc that comes to mind is oysters so unless you consume those all the time then you could probably get something out of supplementing zinc.
i think zinc is very misunderstood, people seem more afraid of overdose then they should be and here is why, firstly weird names and labeling gluconate, sulfate, monosomething, picolinate etc with no obvious difference and a standard zinc gluconate pill might be 50mg and men sex aid pills like performer5 having as much as 150mg per serving with the rda being somewhere around 15mg a day and maximum safe limit recommended at 40mg a day i understand the concerns but in reality these supplements aren't marked correctly you see we're going for elemental zinc(actual zinc) and with zinc gluconate for example you're getting around 13% elemental zinc, that means our scary 50mg or 150mg dose is actually only 6.5mg(half rda) and 19.5mg(half maximum safe limit) now if you use a better source like say zinc citrate you get around 34% so 50mg would be 17mg still no where near dangerous levels assuming you aren't getting another 20+mg from your diet alone, also note for short term use(up to 4 months) 100mg a day has been studied with no harmful effects, now with things in perspective my current dosage of 75mg zinc gluconate amounts to a petty 9.75mg+ what ever i already get from my diet, hardly megadosing.
